Place was amazing wife and I first trip to Savanah didn’t know what was where and stumbled on this place. Couldn’t have picked better if I was knowledgeable on this area. Apt is on the famous Jones street. Everything is walkable absolutely loved it. We’ll be going back again.

It's close to Forsyth Park and has many restaurants close by. ProsThe living room, bedroom, and dining room are a nice size.The bed is comfortable.It's very clean.It's a good location.ConsThe shower is smaller and made smaller because the placement of the curtain means it's touching you the whole time.The kitchen is nice but very small.A personal preference would be to have the tv on the fireplace mantle in the bedroom instead of that guy giving you the side-eye.

Okay place to stay. Bathroom threshold on bedroom side is loose and three times trapped my wife on that side of the door, as it jams between the rug and the door, and without me there to pull out the loose threshold, she was trapped. If you simply remove the threshold, then the edge of the bathroom tile is pretty harsh on a bare foot.

Pretty good location. Unit is described as a luxury apartment but that is a misnomer. Front door to building did not self lock as indicated. Dining room light did not work. Dishwasher was broken. Shower did not drain well so you were ankle deep when finished. Shower curtain smelled of mold. Extra blanket provided had stains and a foul odor. It needs a deep deep cleaning and a lot of repairs.

The apartment is gorgeous. The heat/AC worked well. The floor to ceiling windows and outdoor terrace is an amazing bonus. The shabby chic feels in a pristine neighborhood.

Amazing property that was in easy walking distance of just about everything that Savannah has to offer. The check in and out process could not have been easier. Fantastic property truly in the heart of historic Savannah. My wife and can not recommend this property enough.

Ideal location; bed was very comfortable (seemed new), AC worked great, but property is tired both inside and out. Outside porch light didn’t work; planters on porch were just dirt/a few dead plants (noticeably different than all other properties on the street). Interior needs a quality update/remodel, at a minimum a deep clean, and space to store/hang clothes properly. Two large armoires, but both had weird smell; clothes rack in dining area was very awkward. Closet that held washer/dryer combo was quite dirty/littered with dusty buckets, cleaning supplies, tools, etc. Disappointed given it’s marketed as a luxury property.

You need to do a deep clean, paint the trim and repair the broken window blinds. This is NOT representative of a "Luxury" home. This was a quite an overcharge for what we waked into vs advertised.

Great stay

Our daughter goes to schoolat SCAD. This was a great location to be able to walk and get to places with ease. Our favorite breakfast spot Clary’s is right up the street too great location and nice property

The place was so beautiful. It felt so luxurious and historic. Clean, beautiful, a lot bigger than i thought. We parked and walked everywhere. About a 20 minute walk to river street. Great location. Loved it! The bed was so comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
