Nice Condo

Comfortable beds, clean, close to beach (walk across parking lot or through pool area). We enjoyed our stay!

Clean location

This property was as described. Clean and was easy to call home for the weeks time we were there. The check in and out process was simple and everyone was kind. I have 2 cons to the condo one is the AC, it only kept the living room and kitchen areas cool. The bedrooms were too warm and uncomfortable at times as a result and secondly when closing the refrigerator door the freezer door would come open and had we not realized it each time food would have unthawed. All and all though the experience was a good one and should the AC work as it should I would def stay there again.

Fantastic place

Everything about this place was exactly what we were looking for. The location was great and the proximity, and ease of access to the beach was great. The condo itself had more than enough room for my family. We will be staying here again.

Great stay!

It unit had a few maintenance issues. Kitchen faucet was loose and freezer kept freezing up. Other than that, it was very clean.

Very nice property. We appreciated the security. Our condo and the pool were wonderful!

We had a very nice week in Destin. Our condo was beautifully decorated and clean. Looking over the parking lot from the balcony is not ideal, but the condo itself is great.

Great location, Great Condo!

We had a fabulous week stay at St. Lucia #804. The condo was very clean, updated, and had all the amenities we were hoping for and much more. The location of the condo to the large pool and beautiful beach was a short walk, which was essential for our family. Even though St. Lucia sits behind another building, we had a beautiful view of the Gulf from both bedrooms and our balcony. We enjoyed many local restaurants and were very happy with our choice to vacation in Destin, Florida. We hope to return again and hopefully we can stay in this same condo, it was perfect for our family of 5! The Wright Family (West Des Moines, Iowa)
