Wonderful, Sun-filled flat with very comfortable beds and bedding. Extremely clean. The host, Gustavo, was very responsive and friendly. Flat location was great - ten minute walk to the metro and from there a short train ride to all the important places. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, well laid out and comfortable. The owner, Gustavo, met us there and gave us a layout of the apartment and some great neighborhood recommendations. The neighborhood is great with a supermarket and bakery very close.

Perfect stay!

Our stay at Gustavo’s place was perfect! The place is very well kept and we felt right at home. The neighborhood is good and it represents how the locals live in this part of Barcelona.

A Comfortable Stay

Comfy beds, 2 baths, a well equipped kitchen and the balcony was a plus. The noise from traffic on the street did affect our sleep at times, but overall we had a great stay. It was only a 10 minute walk to the metro which took us everywhere we desired.

Really nice appartement

Nice appartement for some days in or near Barcelona for 4 persons. Not to far from the airport, about 25 euros. We enjoyed our stay and used the nearby metro station to explore Barcelona. Our host was very kind, we can recommend the apartment.

Clean and Pleasant Flat

Our stay was lovely. We found the accommodations comfortable and clean. Communication was great, no problems at all during our stay. Great location as we were centrally located within a decent distance via public transportation to all we wanted to see and the metro line St. Eulelia was an easy walk. Great quaint coffee shops nearby also. We really enjoyed Muns Coffee

Good experience overall. The Fira is about a 20-25 minute walk. There is a small grocery store in front of the complex as well as numerous Cafe’s. Train stop is a ten minute walk and the 6-7 stops to BCN center. We felt safe the entire time and would repeat

Great stay for our family of four

Gustavo was a great host and meet us at the property when we arrived to go over everything. The flat is spacious and comes equipped with everything we needed for our three night stay. Property is located in a fairly convenient locals neighborhood surrounded by coffee shops, corner stores, and grocery stores. Most tourist attractions are accessible by metro and/or bus in around 30m. We would stay again.

Beautiful flat, exactly as described. We had a comfortable stay for our family of 4. The flat was approximately a 10-15 mins walk to Santa Eulalia metro station and a 15 mins walk to several restaurants. A modern and comfortable Barcelona getaway

Rarely is a place exactly as shown in pictures. If anything it was even better in person! We had an incredible stay. Modern and clean with everything you need. Extremely generous with cooking supplies and cleaning products. It felt like we were in a friend's apartment and not a rental. Highly recommend for your next stay.
