The condo was perfect. The hosts have put their heart and soul into this place. The bigger comforts (top line bedding and linens) to small personal touches (a small pie for my husband's bday in the fridge upon arrival). The location is nestled in the middle of AL and FL allowing to explore various beaches. The sunrise and sunset are indescribable and breathtaking. We will definitely come back. Oh, anything you could need on the beach in the storage closet was a bonus!

I can’t even express how wonderful our experience was!! Robert and Gina made things so easy with a personalized touch on everything! The beach views were extraordinary and they literally had everything you could possibly ever need in their unit!! Beach was not very crowded. It was a little piece of heaven!! We didn’t want to leave! Will definitely come to this place again!!

Like Resort Living

Gina and Rob provide everything you can think of at their condo. There is even a guest closet full of water toys to take to the beach! The bed was very comfortable, and the linens included thick towels! The decor is very comfortable and cozy! This is our 2nd visit, and everything looked like new! You can't go wrong renting this condo!

Great Stay! Everything is Provided!!

The condo was exceptional! The only thing you would need to bring is your clothes and food. Every single thing was provided. I've never stayed at any vacation rental that had everything. The whole resort was very, very nice and the people working and staying there were so kind. Our hosts were exceptional too! They even sent us a key lime pie to enjoy during our stay. I can't say enough good things about this condo and our hosts. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view

Clean and well equipped; loved the luxury towels and the comfortable bed; the sectional was not comfortable; and an addition of a clock in the bedroom would be nice; enjoyed the fresh air on the balcony.

The property is wonderful, but most Impressive was the care and diligence of Gena, the owner. She is very attentive and goes above and beyond to take care of her tenants. All the little amenities from salt&pepper and coffee to a Key Lime pie are provided. We loved it!

Stayed here for honeymoon

We had a wonderful stay here. This condo has a beautiful view and was one of the cleanest places we have ever rented. Condo is very organized and has everything you need. The owners went out of their way to make it a special stay for our honeymoon. Beach was not overcrowded and not a long walk from the condo. We would definitely return.

Clean, friendly staff, beautiful view of the ocean, clean refreshing pools, relaxing bbq area with grills and patio furniture. Great location, close to grocery store, several different types of restaurants gas station, and several beach related stores for shopping! Will definitely be back!

Host was very attentive. Had lots of little touches in the condo that were very nice like having salt, coffee, creamer, fluffy towels, beach towels, etc. The condo was very clean and very nicely decorated. The bed was super comfortable. Overall, very relaxing.

Great Location

Very nice condo on the beach. The view was spectacular!!! We both loved the bedroom and the condo was beautifully decorated. The only thing missing was a towel rack to hang towels after being on the beach all day. Other than that we loved the place, plenty of places within walking distance to eat.

Beach time

We had a very pleasant time at Melody by the Sea this past week. The hosts thought of so many nice little extras to make our stay comfortable and even left a key lime pie for us! we will definitely stay here again!

Gina and Robert are excellent hosts. Most of the things I normally bring to a condo were already provided! Plus, there were snacks and a treat left in the fridge! Awesome Week at Melody of The Sea

We cannot say enough about this property or about the owners, Robert and Gina. The condo is clean, well stocked in terms of amenities, and in a perfect location. The mornings and evenings on the balcony overlooking the water were amazing and totally relaxing. Check in was a breeze. You are just steps away from the beach, and the pool is clean and relaxing. Robert and Gina are perfect hosts, making sure that the condo was prepared, clean and inviting upon our arrival and were extremely responsive whenever we reached out to them for any question that we had or for anything that we needed. This rental was perfect for us all the way around and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing week in Perdido. Thank you, Robert and Gina. Hope to see you again some day.

Beautiful

This property was amazing! It was very clean and the owner supplied so many extras; coffee, snacks, key lime pie, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella! They had everything organized and labeled so everything was easy to find! My kids ages 6 and 9 loved the pool, beach and ghost crab hunting at night. It is also walking distance to a few restaurants and shops! Highly recommended!

The beach condo is named, Melody Of The Sea, not only because of its melodic views but also because as owners of Bryan Presley Productions Recording Studios, he owners love to write and record music and also record others.

Robert is a graphic illustration for the Navy, and Gina is a United Methodist Pastor and Pastor of Worship and the Arts.

They both have cd's out which can be viewed on CDBaby, amazon, or iTunes.

They met through music and loved staying at The Perdido Sun for years with dreams of purchasing a vacation property of their own one day. This dream has come true!

The owners love to offer extra hospitality not usually expected or received in normal vacation property. For example, ample luxury towels and 100% Egyptian Cotton Sheets exclusive to only our guests the owner has personally invested in for your comfort.

They desire to provide a very comfortable stay and experience for their guests so they will want to return again and again.

We have been returning to the Perdido Sun for over 20 years. We love this particular condo because of it's location, atmosphere, and the special indoor and outdoor pools directly on the gulf!

The views are unobstructed! You are right on the water! Amazing Double window views from the privacy of your balcony located on the 6th floor!
