The space includes a double bed, a cozy sitting area with a flat-screen TV (ideal for enjoying a good movie after a long day of work or study), and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, ceramic hob, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, washing machine, kettle, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery.

The bathroom features a shower, free toiletries, a hairdryer and an iron. Bed linen, towels and free Wi-Fi are also provided so you can feel at home from day one.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.-The address where the keys are delivered is different from that of the apartment.

-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
