This apartment in Gran Vía - Callao

Located on the 13th floor of a building facing Plaza de Callao, this fully exterior apartment offers stunning views of the city. You won’t get tired of looking out the window!

This lovely apartment has everything you need to make your stay in Madrid unforgettable. It’s ideal for a medium-term stay and to make Madrid your new home.

It features two bedrooms with double beds, and a flat-screen TV in the living area, perfect for enjoying a good movie after a long day working or studying in Madrid. It also has two private bathrooms with showers.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, electric kettle, cooking utensils, plates and cutlery.

Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, toiletries, a hairdryer, an iron, and everything you need to feel right at home.



HOW TO MOVE

The nearest metro stations are:Metro Callao (lines 3 and 5): Right in front of the apartment building.
Metro Santo Domingo (line 2): 2 minutes walking from the apartment.
Metro Gran Vía (lines 1 and 5): 4 minutes walking from the apartment.
Metro Sol (lines 1, 2 and 3, and suburban train Renfe C3, C4 and Intercity)


IMPORTANT NOTES:

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.-The address where the keys are delivered is different from that of the apartment.

Fabulous location!

Great location with the metro literally outside the front door. Great food and shopping within walking distance, too. Clean and as pictured. Second bathroom and shower area are quite small spaces. Very communicative host! Was willing to store our luggage at our early arrival time from the U.S. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing location and city views

3 of us stayed at this awesome condo in the center of everything! The views are amazing and location was perfect. We walked all over the city - very close to excellent shopping (including grocery store), restaurants, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, etc. Also easy-access to metro system. Host was very responsive, apartment was clean and well equipped. A little noisy at night, but definitely expected given it’s location. Perfect place for a few days spent in Madrid!

Location! Location! Location ! We love our week staying in the Grand Vía. Clean, secure, close to supermarkets, restaurants, stores. We had an issue with a bed and it was promptly resolved by the administration. The administration is very friendly and quickly in return calls or emails. Can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely Perfect!

This is really an exceptional apartment to stay in while visiting Madrid. It's very conveniently located to many of the sites, it's close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. The subway station is across the street and taxi's are constantly going by. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is very clean. If you want to be in the middle of all of the action, this is the place to stay. Plus, you'll never get tired of the expansive skyline views.

Perfect location

From the moment we arrived the place exceeded our expectations it was perfectly situated we walked to all the major points. Close to shopping, nightlife and restaurants. The hosts were very helpful and easy to talk to the apartment was clear comfortable. Just be prepared to hang your clothes to dry as the dryer took forever. Even though it was centered in great locations we were never bothered by noice. However the huge billboard across the street does light up the room at night so remember to pull the shades down for a good nights sleep. Would recommend this to everyone.

Madrid Christmas 2023

We were very satisfied with the apartment. Absolutely clean and proper. The location is just perfect. Communication with the landlord (Charming Concept) was problem-free, direct and very quick from day one and very important - always very friendly! Our questions were answered immediately and there were no problems at all during the entire stay. We are already planning our next vacation in the same apartment during the Christmas season in December 2024. We enjoyed it so much. So, always again.

Fantastic and as advertised

It is a brilliant apartment - as good as it looks online. The only negative was that you are only given enough washing machine powder for one single wash - not allowed any more!! I did ask and was told no!! Rather shocking given the price paid. Nonetheless, despite this odd and unexpected let-down, everything else was great and the host was very nice.

This apartment is located on the Gran Via, literally smack in the middle of the action. This means two things, you can walk everywhere and it’s NOISY at night, and I mean late into the night. We found it clean but uncomfortable to hang out in. Two small Ikea love seats, nowhere to put your feet up and a small TV. After walking 20,000 steps or more a day you want a comfortable place to relax. The kitchen also lacked small amenities such as salt, maybe some olive oil, coffee pods (there were 2 for 5 days) and basics we’ve found in other rentals. The master bathroom has a door that opens into the postage stamp bathroom making it difficult to maneuver around. I think management can do better for the price.

The apartment is well equipped, very clean, and beds were comfortable The view of Madrid from this apartment is breathtaking. El apartamento de Callao es impresionante. Conectado a todo el centro de Madrid desde el mismo centro de Madrid y con unas vistas espectaculares. Limpio y muy funcional no le falta detalle.
