2 bedroom self-catering apartment with breathtaking lake views and large communal pool in Sao Loureço, Quinta do Lago.
On the first level, there is a bedroom with twin single beds and a separate bathroom with shower. Ascending a few steps you will find a fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining and lounge room with access to the balcony, excellent views to the lake. Also on this level, master bedroom with private balcony and also a separate bathroom with bath and shower.

As from 2025 the local council in Loule has implemented The Tourism Tax Charge like in many other cities which is the following:
Summer - 01/04/2025 - 31/10/2025 : EUR 2 per person per night for each adult and child 16 years and over, to a maximum of 5 nights. (So capped at EUR 10 per person per stay).
The Winter charge is EUR 1 per night with similar conditions as above.
Payment can be done either through the booking or payment on arrival

The shower room has broken shower door handle - very sharp. The bathroom had a slight bad smell - both of these need updating. Kitchen lacked a few essentials - e.g. oven gloves, plug in sink broken

Great 2 bedroom in beautiful Sao Lorenzo subdivision of QDL

This is our 3rd visit to the Algarve. Stayed at Conrad Hotel then the Wyndham and this year we decided to rent for 10 days. This turned out to be the perfect spot. Very confortable 2 bdrm 2 bath unit in beautiful San Lorenzo Village with views over nature preserve and SL golf course. Bedrooms are roomy, wifi very good, TV has lots of stations. Even watched American football. Manager was responsive to all our questions and needs. Highly recommend. Some suggestions: an awning or blinds on patio as morning sun is very bright. Sofa cushions could be replaced. Leaving clear instructions for appliance usages would be helpful.

Fantastic Apartment in San Lorenzo

The apartment is in a lovely quiet part of Quinta do Lago with outstanding views across San Lorenzo golf course including a lake which is teaming with bird life. It's only a 10 minute walk to the beach and most place in QDL can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The apartment itself is very comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen has every utensil you could want, and the bathrooms clean and modern. The TV has every channel you could possible want including SKY and many European channels. The pool area isn't huge but has enough beds for people who want to relax by the pool. It is also very child friendly. The airport is nearby so do expect some airport noise from time to time. Overall we had a fantastic time, and the host was very quick to respond to any queries.

Zona tranquila y un lujo para golfistas

El apartamento es un primer piso de un edificio de dos alturas y bajo, hay escaleras para el acceso al apartamento y también dentro de la casa. Se puede aparcar cerca de la puerta. Las zonas comunes están muy bien cuidadas y las vistas al lago son muy agradables aunque el aeropuerto de Faro está a dos Km por lo que todos los aviones pasan sobre la urbanización. El apto. es amplio pero hace falta renovar los colchones de todas las camas, los asientos de los sofás están hundidos, le falta una hoja de la mampara en la bañera, la tapa del inodoro de un baño está teñida de rojo, lo que le da un aspecto desagradable. La zona donde está ubicado está muy bien cuidada, y es muy tranquila, está rodeada de más urbanizaciones similares y casas de lujo pero sobretodo campos de golf. La playa está a media hora en coche, hay otra más cerca, dentro del complejo, pero con aparcamiento de pago, desde aquí hay un sendero para dar un paseo por el parque natural de Ría Formosa. A 10 minutos en coche en el complejo hay un supermercado con bares, restaurantes y tiendas de lujo. Almancil está a 20 minutos en coche. El anfitrión se limitó a enviarnos ubicación en Google y la clave de entrada, no nos facilitó información del complejo ni de la zona.

Casa ampla, confortável, em condomínio tranquilo e bem localizado. Excelente experiência. Registo algumas sugestões de melhoria: - instalação de um toldo na varanda - instalação de black-out no quarto nascente - instalação de tv cabo e reforço do wifi
