Spacious and Funky Apartment

Great location with easy walking to everything. Apartment was large bright and fully equipped. Would definitely recommend staying there to anyone who can do stairs

Faro Trip

Great place

Perfect location near a couple of the finest restaurants, near train and bus stations. Short walk to tourist locations and restaurants. The stairs were a bit hard for an oldster like me but my daughter had no issues. Will stay again.

Four night stay

We stayed for four nights at this location and it worked fine for us. It's close to the central district with numerous restaurants available. We were always able to find a parking spot. We were able to wash our clothes and hang them out to dry. Some people might object to it being on the third floor but when we go to Europe, we're used to climbing stairs.

Relaxing

Very spacious, clean and really a good size. Ivan always answered any concerns and even gave us advise on how to travel the country and where to shop. We had a great time.

Comfortable apartment close to public transport

The apartment is a short walk from the railway and bus stations, and not much further is central Faro and the harbour.It has a lovely large balcony which we could not use unfortunately because of the poor weather when we were there

Lovely apartment

We loved the apartment. Very clean, very comfortable couches and beds. Nice big balcony overlooking the city plus the river in the view. Great area for walking anywhere, plus just a couple blocks from the Train.

This property was in a great location , very clean with enough stock for a short stay. We were a family of 5 and it fit our needs. We didn't cook and only there for a short stay. Close to restaurants and airport. Just be aware , there are lots of stairs as its top floor and no lift , but we would stay again

Faro Fabulous

This place allowed us to appreciate the culture of old Faro. We could walk to the Faro Islands ferry terminal, see old town, access multiple street cafes and oceanfront restaurants on foot, use a washing machine and hang our clothes out the back window on a built in clothes line, and enjoy the sun and view off the upstairs balcony. There were 6 of us (3 couples) and we were very comfortable. The place was clean, and had an amazing cross breeze because it was on the 3rd floor. AC works well, but not necessary most of the time. We all loved it!

Happiness

Our experience in Lisbon was not very positive. When we arrived in Faro and we entered the home, our outlook dramatically changed. We were able to spread out, but also had a chance to sit at the kitchen table together and have some laughs and time together. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Our Visit to Faro

Faro was the third and final stop on our visit to Portugal. Our host Ivan has made the check in process easy. There were two surprises on arrival; the large number of stairs and one of the bathrooms being on a different floor than the bedroom. Other than these surprises the property was clean and the view was spectacular. This property was in a great location and made it easy for our team to explore the Algarve coast with the train station in walking distance. Thanks to Ivan for being a good host. Archie and team

Terrible experience

My husband and I, couldn’t check in until 2hrs past checking time. Once we found the correct apartment we had a hard time opening the door because the cleaning lady had her key inside the latch. Once she let us in, we were welcome with smell of cigarettes. The carpet in the living room was not clean, I guess she didn’t get enough time to clean the whole apartment. I have booked with VRBO quite often and never had an unpleasant experience like this one. This apartment was my third booking with VRBO, in the past week . How ever, it was the first worst experience out of all my entire bookings.

Nice Faro Apartment!

Bella met us outside the building where we parked in a “no parking “ zone to drop off the luggage. She’s great! Gave us a very detailed and enthusiastic tour of the apartment. It was sparkling clean! We really liked all of the artwork, live plants, and view from the deck. Bed is very comfortable and two full baths a luxury. Communication was good. Be prepared for lots of steps! Town center was just a few minutes walk. Recommend a sunset cruise. This is not a booze cruise but a nature preserve outing. Peaceful and wonderful! Thanks Ivan and Bella!!

Faro apartment- great location.

Great location, minutes from train and bus station and short bus ride from airport. But also very walkable city. Had a problem with ants in kitchen that was quickly rectified by the owner. Terrace is actually on second floor not off the kitchen.
