**TOURIST TAX**
We are required to charge a Municipal Tourist Tax on behalf of Loulé council, on bookings placed as from November 1st, 2024, as published in Diário da República 2nd Serie, no. 140, of July 22nd, 2024.
This tax is calculated up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, per person aged 16 or over, and will cost as follows:
- Low Season (from November 1st to March 31st) – 1Eur per person/per night
- High Season (from April 1st to October 31st) – 2Eur per person/per night
The payment of this tax is due in cash upon check-in, or in advance by bank transfer.

House rules and suitability:
- Groups of youngsters and/or made up exclusively of individuals of the same gender may be considered and only upon request. Strongly recommend contacting us before booking, as we reserve the right to decline and cancel this sort of booking without a refund.

Great stay, lovely place and great hosts

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was great. Pictures don’t do the place justice as it’s much bigger/more spacious than shown in the pictures. Beautiful vacation home

The cottage is beautiful and offers a great location. By car you can reach all important places in a few minutes and on foot there are also some restaurants and stores in the vicinity. The house was excellently kept clean and maintained and care is taken to provide guests with new towels and sheets on a regular basis. The furnishings and technology (especially the electrical outlets) in the house are a bit outdated, but still offer sufficient comfort and possibilities to enjoy the vacations. Overall, the cottage is highly recommended and we will be very happy to come back.

Cash do Flores. Our new favourite

Fairly spacious, adequate facilities and equipment. Maybe a little modernisation as in more comfortable seating in lounge, new parasol in back garden. Any issues we had, Paulo resolved immediately. Housekeeeper maids were excellent, pleasant and efficient. Pool was maintained regularly. Will definitely re book.

Amazing Stay

This villa was so lovey and cosy, there was 4 adults and 1 child in my stay and it was just perfect for us in terms of size the pool although looks small in the picture is big enough for 6 people to relax in. The villa had everything you need to be able to have a lovely stay and there is even a BBQ which is easy to you. we absolutely loved our stay at the villa and hope to return again soon. Not may places have housekeeping throughout your stay however this villa did have midweek housekeeping, where the towels where changed and a quick clean of the floors which was great. Paulo is so easy t contact and replies every quickly, any enquiries we had he had the answers, an amazing host.

Great place to stay

We had a good time at the property and we agreed to stay again. I was there with my husband and our son. The pool was just what we needed but I’d of preferred easier access as I’m little but I guess that can’t be adapted. We used the barbecue in the backyard. It’s a 15 minute walk to the lovely old village. We had a meal at nearby Cafe del arte. The service was great at the villa we had it serviced twice while we were there. All comms were good from Paulo.

Overall stay was ok and the communication was good with quick replies from the agency. The property is quite dated and needs some general maintenance and a real tidy up (towel rails literally fell off the wall, maintenance did come to repair these with stick on ones but these also fell off. Plus sockets were broken in the rooms, the air con swing system didn’t work on most of the vents as they were broken, one of the air con remotes didn’t work, broken glass was left in the outside area, the air con in the downstairs twin bedroom hardly worked it seemedto blow out warm air).Overall, we did enjoy our stay but I probably wouldn’t pay the price for this villa again due to lots of little issues which should have been resolved prior to the stay. The pool was lovely and was cleaned regularly which was a positive. It is about a 15 minute walk to the old village (up a slight hill).

The pool at the property was excellent but the steps into the pool are broken.The bedding and towels were fresh and clean, however the beds were old and uncomfortable.Squeeked every time you turned over. The cleanliness of the property was not up to standard.The outside gardens were dirty and unswept. The villa was quite a walk into town but we don't mind walking. All in all, I feel the villa needs a bit of TLC and would be lovely with lick of paint etc. I did not think it was worth what I paid for renting the villa. On a plus though.10 out of 10 for the cleanliness of the pool water

Dear Angela, Thank you very much for taking the time to post your feedback Regarding the pool steps, please note that these metallic ladders aren’t permanently fixed. They are just pushed into placed and pulled to be removed and they do have a certain degree of movement so they to wobble a bit. Perfectly normal and different from roman steps. Regarding the remaining situations, we have addressed them immediately so thank you for bringing to our attention. If you choose to stay in any of our accommodations again , please contact us if you find something that requires attention so that we can address it immediately and during the stay. Urlaub

Das Objekt und die Möblierung sind schon etwas älter. Es ist aber alles sehr sauber gewesen, wir haben während der 10 Tage Aufenthalt 2x neue Handtücher bekommen, 1 x kompletten Bettwäschewechsel plus Grundreinigung sowie jeden 2. Tag wurde der Pool gereinigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Manager war sehr gut, schnelle Rückmeldungen, sowohl schon vor der Anreise als auch während des Aufenthaltes. Auch der Fahrdienst zum Flughafen klappte sehr gut. Wir würden das Objekt wieder mieten. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich gut. Das Objekt liegt (ruhig) am Ortsrand, aber man kommt gut mit der Bimmelbahn, die stündlich fährt in den eigentlichen Ort, wenn man nicht ganz so gut zu Fuß ist bzw. sich kein Auto gemietet hat (was aber zu empfehlen ist).

Équipement vétuste et mauvaise odeur de renfermé. Couette par terre ds les armoires sans protection, barbecue en très mauvais état. Heureusement qu il y avait une piscine bien entretenu mais manque d une table devant.

Em relação ao cheiro a mofo, é de estranhar com a casa a ser ocupada ininterruptamente desde Abril e com as temperaturas bastante elevadas que temos tido. A nossa manutenção e equipa de limpeza não conseguiu comprovar esta situação. Em relação aos edredons, se entendemos correctamente, sim, estão guardados nos armários e não têm capas. São unidades extra para cortesia dos clientes que só utilizam se acharem necessário, não havendo necessidade de qualquer tipo de capa. Em relação ao barbecue, confirmamos que já foi alvo de algumas reparações e irá ser substituído no final desta época de férias, entre outros melhoramentos planeados. Em relação à falta de mesa na zona piscina, como pôde constatar é praticamente impossível devido à falta de espaço. Gratos pela compreensão e permanecemos ao dispor. Bom espaço exterior mas o interior necessita de manutenção e limpeza

O interior da casa está um pouco degradado, a mobília é pouco confortável, as casas de banho muito datadas e a necessitar de manutenção e sentimos falta de alguns utensílios de cozinha. O espaço exterior é agradável e a piscina muito boa e limpa. O ponto mais negativo foi a falta de higiene da casa quando chegámos.

Boa estadia

Óptima habitação com excelentes condições. Apenas alguns objectos de cozinha que sentimos falta. E as fichas do quarto de cima não estavam a funcionar. No geral foi muito bom.
