The only true issues we had were with the parking situation. No where in the description or reservation confirmation does it say they have a parking garage with a low overhead. We brought an suv with a topper on it and couldn’t fit so we had to park in a public lot down the road a bit. A little inconvenient for loading and unloading purposes. Also one of the chairs in the living room was broken the other one was not very sturdy so we had only a couch to sit for 4 people. They did come look at the chair right away and took it to be fixed but it wasn’t back when we left. Other than that it was a great place and an awesome location. We would definitely come back again

Great stay!

The condo was as advertised- beautiful views and comfortable for our family of 4. Beach was a short walk and always plenty of space to set up. Beach closet contained 4 chairs, 2 umbrellas, and a kids chair. Pool is closer than the beach and there were always chairs available. Had some maintenance issues such as a slow faucet, lost tv remote, and window blinds controller needing a battery, and Management responded in a timely fashion. This condo is a corner unit with a potentially adjoining room. With just two internal doors separating us from that room, it was noisy at times. We could clearly hear them so I’m sure they could hear us too. Overall, I recommend!

A visit with Memories

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in this spacious and well kept 2 bedroom, 2 bath, corner top floor unit with spectacular bidirectional views from numerous windows and the balcony. Appliances and washer/dryer appeared to have been updated and kitchen was well equipped. There is nothing like enjoying your coffee and breakfast taking in the sunrise, beach, Baytown area views in the bidirectional view at the balcony dining table. Televisions in Living and bedroom areas if you have time to watch them in this fantastic recreational area. Near pool and beach is a short walk. The big disappointment was the morning I woke up and realized it was departure day.

Great stay at the beach

This was a great place to stay for our Sandestin vacation. We stayed with our adult children and they had their own space, but there was also a great area for us to be together.

Condo with a view,

Great Location & View

This is a very nice condo on the 19 floor, so you have a great eastern view. Morning sunrises with a shaded afternoon balcony was very nice. The condo was clean & shower, bed was nice. The pool is very nice and having beach chairs with an umbrella is a savings. Now a couple of things I did have issue with were the sliding door to the balcony needs a skilled repair person to service it, we could not get the freezer to freeze any water, yes there is an ice maker in the other building, but glad I did not buy any ice cream, linens could be better, fitted sheet kept coming off of the bed at night, and obviously a design/build problem, we would hear conversation from the duct work/vents, like they were in the room with us. Not sure how much they heard from us.

Couples golf weekend

Beautiful unit and the views are spectacular, you are renting the penthouse! The only downfall to the unit is the beds are not very comfortable but I am picky about that, they may be fine for others. What a wonderful resort. Easy walk to the beach and golf was right on the property. Kitchen has everything you need. You can’t go wrong renting this unit.

Great Vacation Experience

The property was in great shape. It had amazing views. We really enjoyed the pool and a short walk to the beach. Another bonus is the covered parking garage on those rainy days. Would book again.

Modern vacation apartment with a fantastic panoramic view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment is located in a very well maintained resort. Nearby are many restaurants and the Publix and Walmart are also not far. The best thing is the beach with the fantastic caribbean sea. The sand at the beach is soft and white like powdered sugar. Negative is the extremely strict rules on the private beaches. We stayed in an open beach area of the Hilton and although we were members of the resort, we were very unpleasantly asked by the security to leave this area. I have never experienced this kind of unfriendliness in the USA.The apartment is perfectly modern with a very large bright living room and very nice bedrooms. The description on the portal corresponds 100% to reality. The view is really breathtaking. The kitchen is very good and fully equipped. All rooms are very clean.Check-in and check-out worked perfectly. We had no contact with My Vacation Haven during our stay - that's just a good indication that everything was fine!

Winter Get away

Enjoyed our stay at Luau. Wish pool was heated during time we were there but it was not. Condo was well stocked and provided a very comfortable place to relax away from home
