Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did this trip last minute and had stayed at Seascape numerous times before but never at Ariel Dunes. We looked at a lot of units online before deciding on this one and were very happy with our choice. The unit was spacious, clean, and accommodating for a family of 5. The furnishings were better than in units we’d stayed in previously. The location is great and we were able to get away with not having a vehicle because there are plenty of essential stores and restaurants within a short walking distance. Beach access is very convenient and about a 1/4 mile walk. The balcony is nice and spacious and this unit has great patio furniture and a very good view of the ocean. The Cabana Cafe located on the first level is a great place to eat and drink! The prices are very reasonable, the staff is friendly, there is live music every night, and the pizza is excellent. No review is complete without a few areas that could be better. Our bedroom had a few missing blinds and curtains that wouldn’t shut or that we couldn’t figure out so we were woken up by the sun early each morning. We asked for more toilet paper and shampoo towards the end of our stay and didn’t receive. We asked for a two hour extension due to late afternoon flight or at least a place to store luggage so we. Oils enjoy the last couple hours of the trip and were only offered a $100 option for three extra hours which wasn’t a great way to end an overall very good trip. Would definitely stay here again and hope this is helpful to you when considering when and where to book.

Fun at the Beach

We needed linens for the sleeper sofa and a sauce pan because there was only skillets in the condo and they got them for us right away. The reason I did not give the condo 5 stars is because the floor could have been cleaner and it is the first condo I've rented where trash bags and dish soap was not provided. We will stay again! We loved the location and the short walk to the beach. The view from the balcony is amazing!

The curtains hanging in the main living area and the primary suite are aesthetic and do not have a complete curtain rod allowing them to close. With sunrise around 6 am, we were unable to sleep-in past this time. For this reason, I would not book this condo again.

Wonderful Rental

The only mishaps were that the stove did not work, but maintenance was able to fix it very quickly and the floors were not cleaned and carpet not vacuumed.

Overall nice place. Condo as described, Beach sand was everywhere in the kitchen among other cleanliness issues when we arrived. Called manager and refunded cleaning fee-that was appropriate and appreciated. Great view from the balcony, beach access is a bit of a walk to get to. Not terrible but would be nicer if it was across from the resort and not 4-5 accesses down the street! This resort is large, 24 floors.elevators are short in supply, so be prepared to wait. Ample parking. Pool(s) are wonderful.

We just wanted a broom and trash bags.

Beautiful view of both bay and ocean but a bit of a hike to get to the water. Condo is not well stocked. Minimal dishes and cook wear. There was only one trash bag for 4 people for an entire week and no dish soap. Biggest complaint was that there were 3 dust pans but no broom! No matter how careful you are you still bring sand in with you and we did not enjoy walking on it in the condo. Would have been nice to be able sweep it up daily.
