I do love to party but this is a boutique loft with 17 condo owners, most of which are the quiet type.
The neighbors are family and do look out for each other. There is a building noise ordinance of 10 P.M. on weekdays and 11 P.M. on weekends.

Clean & Spacious 1-bedroom downtown

Good location, Justin was very responsive. We didn't have any issues. Comfortable bed, nice towels and bathroom supplies.

Perfect

My boyfriend and I came to town for a concert. This was a great location and the parking spot was a plus! We had a great time and slept really well in the bed.

Bourbon trail tour

The owner had incredible communication, explaining everything in detail - making our arrival very smooth - place was IMMACULATE! The location was awesome - walking distance to very many attractions and at the end of the day when we returned it was very quiet!

Overnight for a concert

Justin’s instructions were spot on and very helpful. The loft was clean and conveniently located. Parking spot was a definite plus. The record player and albums were a nice touch. Overall a great stay!

Great property and host

Justin was a great host and the property was perfect for our needs. Very spacious, clean and well supplied. The check in process was straightforward and Justin was very responsive when contacted.

Great host and location

Justin was a great host who made contact immediately and made this rental a breeze to enjoy. The apartment was well apportioned with kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Definitely recommend this space to any couple or small family looking to visit Louisville.

Wonderful Louisville stay

Immaculate spacious apartment. Well supplied kitchen bathroom and bedroom. Comfortable bed! Very centrally located. Quiet. Only small concern we had was the slippery floors in the shower. Thanks for such a nice relaxing stay

Amazing introduction to Louisville

The property we rented was exactly as described. It was extremely quiet and peaceful. The host was proactive with detailed instructions and very responsive to questions. The restaurant recommendations were very helpful and spot on. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return. Thanks Justin!

New Year’s Eve Perfect!

Justin was an excellent host and provided accurate and precise instructions for check-in and parking. His loft was perfectly located for our New Year’s Eve experience at Fourth Street Live! The loft was a beautiful space with unique features including a lovely balcony space, a record player with a variety of classic records, and a historic building. We loved our stay here!

Excellent downtown apartment

Communication from owner was detailed and timely. Amenities such as cold water bottles in the fridge upon arrival were greatly appreciated. Check out process was easy, no complicated instructions like I’ve run into at other rentals. Had no issues accessing the parking garage. Only downside was that planes landing at the airport seem to fly right overhead while we were trying to get to sleep.

Great for history and adventure!

The location was great -- we needed to spend four days at the convention center and were delighted to find that 4th Street is primarily for pedestrians! My kids' friends asked if we would join them at an escape room, and we were pleasantly surprised to see it was right across the street. It took us a full day to discover the building's front door and that was much more comfortable than entering through the alley. The apartment itself was lovely -- we didn't have to eat out a single time because the kitchen allowed us to cook full meals. Be sure to check out the Seelbach Hilton down the street -- you can walk inside to watch a video detailing the fascinating history of the building.

This is the second time we have stayed at one of Justin’s properties. Like the previous time; the property was spectacular and location was perfect. It’s within walking distance of anything you could want or need. We will definitely be back to stay at one of his properties again.

Great stay in Downtown Louiseville!

What a great little apartment to stay in! It was only myself and for one night, but this would be great for a couple and for an extended stay also. The place was cute and clean, super close to lots of downtown fun. A very nice space. and the in and out as very simple and efficient. Thanks again!

Beautiful loft, great location

We had an amazing while staying here! The loft was extremely clean and cozy. The location was perfect for accessing Fourth street live and was in walking distance to many of the attractions in the area. Would definitely stay again!!

Bourbon Trail Stop in Louisville!

This loft was very clean, and it had a ton of space! The location is kind of difficult to find on your own; however, the host was very communicative, responsive and kind! The location is also a fun area to stay in Louisville
