I do love to party but this is a boutique loft with 17 condo owners, most of which are the quiet type.
The neighbors are family and do look out for each other. There is a building noise ordinance of 10 P.M. on weekdays and 11 P.M. on weekends.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner was very accommodating and kept in touch for the entirety of our stay. He was helpful with directions for entry and parking. Would definitely book again!

We loved out weekend in the loft. Even though it was cold, it was within walking distance of the Seelbach Hotel, where we enjoyed appetizers and drinks. The unit was probably the cleanest we've had with great amenities and comfortable furnishings. The communication and directions provided by Justin were also perfect. When we return to Louisville, we will definitely check the availability for River City Loft first.

The loft was extremely clean, the kitchen had everything you needed down to the coffee, creamer and sugars. Justin responded very quickly to our questions. I had read in reviews it was difficult to find but if you follow Justin’s detailed directions you should have no problem. A block from 4th St. Live and 3 from Convention Center. You can’t beat the price.

This is the second time we have stayed at one of Justin’s properties. Like the previous time; the property was spectacular and location was perfect. It’s within walking distance of anything you could want or need. We will definitely be back to stay at one of his properties again.

Great condo, fantastic location, host was super easy to communicate with and gave really detailed instructions for entry and parking. Bonus perk, he left a book with recommendations of places which was super nice!

The apartment was so nice and very clean. The pictures were spot on. The area was a little sketchy but overall we had a great stay. Will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Louisville!

Justin was a fantastic host who responded quickly to all our questions and made extending our trip by a few days completely seamless. He provided incredibly detailed check-in instructions that were both accurate and easy to follow, which we really appreciated.The space itself actually exceeded the photos. The high ceilings create an airy feel that makes the unit seem even larger than its actual footprint. We found the bed to be very comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked with plenty of amenities. Although it was a bit too cold for us to use the outdoor patio during this visit, it is clearly a wonderful asset to the condo.We loved the character of the building, which is a repurposed department store that still lists the original departments by floor in the elevator. The old wood floors are beautiful and add a lot of charm to the experience.The location was ideal for attending events at the Kentucky International Convention Center, as it was only a five-minute walk from the front door on South 4th Street. It is also a convenient ten to twenty-minute walk to everything on Whiskey Row, including the Louisville Slugger Museum. We will definitely check for availability at River City Loft the next time we travel to Louisville.

Beautiful loft, great location

We had an amazing while staying here! The loft was extremely clean and cozy. The location was perfect for accessing Fourth street live and was in walking distance to many of the attractions in the area. Would definitely stay again!!
