I do love to party but this is a boutique loft with 17 condo owners, most of which are the quiet type.
The neighbors are family and do look out for each other. There is a building noise ordinance of 10 P.M. on weekdays and 11 P.M. on weekends.

This is our second time staying here. We have had a great trip both times. The location is great. Easy access to everything and the parking is close and easy. The space is perfect for a couple. Clean and the bed is comfortable, fast WiFi and the host is very responsive and friendly. This is our go to spot when we are in Louisville.

Both the property and Justin were five stars! The loft was upscale and clean, with modern decor mixed with a sense of cozy and old school. Justin was unbelievably quick to respond to any questions I had - VRBO is lucky to have him. Churchill Downs is a quick 10 or 15 minute drive and although we didn't win any money at the races we hit the jackpot with this loft! Highly recommend.

This was the best VRBO stay we have ever had. The location is close to downtown Louisville and just steps to Fourth Street Live.The apartment is very unique in its furniture and amenities. Large bathroom, washer and dryer just as cozy as can be. The record player and hundreds of albums was a real treat. Side of the refrigerator has numerous notes from previous gustes all giving this stay a 10 out of 10. We will definitely stay here again and tell anyone we know traveling to Louisville to see if this location is available. Having parking provided was a real bonus we were not aware of. Great stay, we loved it.

So cozy!

We really enjoyed our stay. The overall feel/theme of the loft was very inviting and cozy, and the location was perfect for a night out on 4th street. We loved looking through and playing the records. That was our favorite! Would definitely stay here again!!

Justin had a great vinyl collection. The apartment was very well furnished in a great location, especially for any downtown attractions. Parking and access very well accommodated. Highly recommend this rental.

Great location

We stayed here for a long weekend and could not have been happier with the property. It was in a great location to do everything downtown as well as to head out to the bourbon trail. Access to the parking garage was an excellent feature. The space was perfect for two people. Very clean and had a comfy couch for watching movies or relaxing. Overall so happy with our stay.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I purchased this loft in 2008, just as Louisville was starting to revitalize its downtown area. The very first day I walked into the building to check out what was going on, I also met Alice Cooper (yes THE Alice Cooper) a block away who was trying to revive a bat.

Centrally located, you are just minutes from almost every major attraction in Louisville. The free parking isn't a bad deal either.
