Back to the Future

Overall the space is great. Now let’s talk about the unit. It hasn’t been updated since the 70’s. The pull out sleeper springs are broken. The couch maybe from the 70’s and has food stains on it. We sat on the couch and fell straight through to the floor. We had to put the sleeper sofa bed on the floor since the springs were useless. Don’t count on this as part of the sleeping arrangements. The shower curtain had mold and dried booger’s on it. The management staff was helpful but the sleeper sofa wasn’t fixed. The owners of the unit need to take ownership and upgrade the unit. The second bedroom bed is at its end of life.

First of all I would like to apologize about the sofa sleeper, unfortunately we could not get a repair main to fix the mechanism in the sofa sleeper while you guys were still there, but it has been since fixed. We did send an air mattress over as soon as we were made aware of the issue. I spoke with my maintenance that went to look at the sofa and he said it was still able to be sat on, just the sleeper issue. We did make an except to the property's rule of 3 night minimum and took your reservation, I do apologize it was not enjoyable.

The condo was as advertised. Overall a great stay and a great complex. The gazebo with the grills seemed to be the gathering place every evening and was great. The condo is in good shape and there are plenty of amenities inside. Only complaint would be the appliances are older and the toilets are from the 80s. Small fixes so not a deal breaker for sure. The unit is comfortable and spacious and the balcony was great. Would definitely stay again and would absolutely recommend.

Air Conditioning Nightmare

Property was beautiful! Amenities were wonderful! HOWEVER, I do strongly feel we should receive a credit for having to go without electricity and more importantly AIR CONDITIONING for more than 24 hours! We were told it would be a few hours and a few hours turned into more like 30 hours + And the property manager at the Aegean was very rude when I asked about this! Chased out early

We enjoyed the condo. However, our issue is with the property managers. Several lights were burned out without available replacements, and the cable box had to keep being unplugged and rebooted. These were minor inconveniences but support our criticism of the property managers. Customer service from the first call to inquire about reservation details was mediocre at best. Check out time was listed as 10:00AM. The cleaning crew was banging on the door at 7:50AM and then stood outside until we rushed out. We had to maneuver our luggage around their supplies. Luckily, we were awake and just about ready. If we had been asleep, on a morning beach walk, or at breakfast, I'm certain they would have let themselves in! What a way to end the week!

Loved the decor, very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking!

Overall, I would highly recommend this condo. Most important, it was clean. The balcony was exceptional !
