Great visit!

We enjoyed our stay at Shoreline Towers. The property was very clean and the condo was just as was listed online. The location of the condo is ideal and close to great restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful vacation spot

We enjoyed the condo. Plenty of room for 3 kids and 2 adults. The kitchen had all we needed to dine in. Loved the resort with easy access to the pool area. As well as a short walk to the beach! Would recommend and hope to go back in the future

Great place great location.weren't informed that there is construction going on on the building was very dusty very loud from all the grinding they were doing. Would definitely come back when the construction will be over.

Great location and condo!

First time staying in Destin — now I’m a fan! The Shoreline Towers were in a great location — very clean and friendly staff and just a short walk to the beach. Condo was lovely and spacious and my kids loved it. Fantastic local restaurant in walking distance also was a nice discovery (the local market). Will definitely stay again next time I’m in Destin!

Stay in Destin

My husband and I needed a quick weekend trip to the beach to unwind and this was just right. We had no problems. Easy arrival and departure. Next time will want to stay in tower 1 for better beach view from balcony.

Great stay

My family and I had a great stay here. The neighborhood was good, safe & great location close to a lot of attractions. The beach was walking distance and was very nice & clean. The listing was accurate with all the construction going on which we were aware of. When it is all completed, it’s going to be a beautiful place to stay. The dryer didn’t work which was the only downfall.

Great beach front property.

We were on the 8th floor overlooking the beach so we had a great view. The beach was super easy to get to and chairs and umbrellas were available for a few. There were a lot of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping close by. The only “bad” thing was the construction on the building that went on from 8 to 4 Monday thru Saturday.

The communication w/ reservation, check-in, check-out, and amenities during our stay were top notch with the exception of the text received at 2:06 a.m. about pool hours. The staff we interacted with at the entrance gate were so friendly and helpful. However, the unit itself was disappointing. The unit is not well represented in the photos on vrbo. While there have been some improvements made to the unit (i.e. the kitchen), it is an older unit that is showing its age. The paint is peeling on the doors and molding, most of the baseboards need to be replaced, missing vertical, etc. This could have been overlooked if the unit had been clean. I spent the first night in the unit mopping the floors. It had clearly been some time since this had been done bc after a few passes through the unit barefoot all of our feet were dirty on the bottom, the glass surfaces had handprints, drink rings, and other residue from previous renters. There was hair in the master shower and the shower curtain in the hall bath was molded. The bar stools had food smears on them and one of the couch arms had dried boogers down the front of it. But the worst part for me were the dirty walls and doors. Friday morning I responded to a message through Vrbo about the lack of cleanliness, but never received a response. I don't blame the unit owner or RealJoy for the cleanliness issue. This is a cleaning service problem. The lack of accuracy for the listing falls on whomever is marketing the property.

Good family stay!

We loved everything about this condo! Well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Only thing to complain about is the bedroom windows on the elevator side need black out curtains. All night, the light from the elevator hallway make you thinks it’s daylight out. Made it difficult to sleep and stay asleep

Great View. Good Location

Enjoyed our month long stay. Good location and great view of the water. Short walk to the beach for relaxing walk, sit , or view of sunset. Nice pool area, tennis courts and workout room. Easy check-in. Excellent responsiveness of property manager when needed. Building is undergoing remodeling, so there is some daytime construction noise. Plan your day accordingly. Good shopping and restaurants nearby. Will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place.

Comfortable and Nice View

I enjoyed the balcony view, living room and kitchen area a lot. Bed could've been larger with a larger TV (placement of TV was awkward also). Paneling in master bath was peeling in the shower and needs fixing. Everything else was OK.

Nice place nice area despite the noise from the construction and eye sore of the dumpster and construction trucks otherwise everything else was great also the door lock latch broke on us the first day there but we were still able to lock the door at night by the door knob

The beach was the best part!

The place looked nothing like the pictures. Old kinda ran down. The beds were uncomfortable and only sheets on the bed. There were curtain hangers in a pillowcase with a pillow in the closet. I travel a lot and usually the owners go all out, these only provided the bare minimum. The location and beach saved the trip.

Location, Location, Location

We absolutely LOVED how close it was to everything we enjoy doing! Also loved how secure we felt knowing the guards check all the vehicles entering. Not too far of a walk to the beach, nice condo! The only thing we had issues with was the master bed is so tall it was hard for my pregnant self to get in there maybe add a stool for us shorter ppl haha. The light switches in each room are hard to learn bc If you turn one on the other comes home but we finally mastered that by the end of the trip! The property communicates so well and fast with any questions! We will be back for our next girls trip!

OUTSTANDING!

The condo is spacious, clean, and conveniently located next to so many restaurants and shops. Everything you could want or need is within minutes (driving or walking) from Shoreline Towers. The ocean view was gorgeous and we loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves each night. We saw some dolphins splashing around from our balcony on our last morning! The beach is right across the parking lot and is also picture perfect! We rented a pontoon one day and explored Crab Island and a couple surrounding beaches. Our 3 children loved every minute of it. We didn't get to do everything we wanted because there is so much to explore. We will definitely be back to Destin and would rent this condo again in a heartbeat!

Needs updating!!

I gave it 3 Stars but because my family and I made the best of it. This property needs to be updated badly. The furniture and the flooring were my biggest complaints. We could not truly relax because the couches were terrible and the floors looked dirty in the bathrooms, the carpeting was dingy, and I can't even begin to talk about the balcony furniture (or lack there of). We love coming to Destin and have always enjoyed our accommodations but this was by far our less favorite condo to stay in.

We did some checking and couldn’t find where you had contacted us regarding any issues giving us an opportunity to correct them during your stay. Great location

This type of condo’s are big enough for large family and that’s the reason we choose the same location. Unfortunately this condo was very dirty! The floor was worse than parking lot, some of the bad sheets was dirty ( probably not changed ) the living room couches very dirty and sticky , balcony same way, the master bath tub valve faucet it’s leaking and making noise all night, hall bath toilet water was running and making noise, hall bath tub shower head need to be replaced. The kids room window needs more privacy from hallway and dark curtains to block the light from the hallway!! Kitchen cabinets appliances and bathrooms vanity’s are upgraded 👍 ( I sign up for 6 people and found only 4 🍴👎) Decent ocean view from the balcony and great beach area easy to access. This condo Definitely need to be cleaned very well!!

Cristian, Thank you for providing feedback regarding your experience. We sincerely apologize for the multitude of irritations you experienced. We regret that we were not made aware of an improperly cleaned property during your stay. We would absolutely have sent someone out to clean. We could have sent someone to check on the plumbing issues, bring clean linens and additional place settings. All of these things could have been remedied during your stay if you had just let us know. We are glad you enjoyed the view and the beach access.

Horrible

Was unaware there is construction on the property & the noise was horrible!!! Starts early in the morning and continues until late evening.!!! We could not enjoy the balcony as it was totally blocked off with ugly dusty construction plastic which even obstructed the view. The noise was so loud & close it felt unsafe to be there! The walls ceiling and floor was vibrating from jackhammers!! We literally paid a small fortune to put our things in the unit and was forced to stay out all day just to hear ourselves talk or hold conversations or use the phone!! Could not enjoy what we thought would be a relaxing home away from home for a nice beachfront stay!!! We asked to be moved with no response, until the day before our checkout, Horrible experience!!!

Donna, We apologize that your vacation was not what you thought it would be. We are sorry that you were unaware of the construction. We checked the marketing for this listing and at the time of your booking, the listing stated that Tower 3 was undergoing restoration work through Winter 2023. We will contact our reservation specialists about sending an additional message to our guests prior to their stay to remind them of the undergoing construction. Our records indicate that there was a delay in communication with you relating to your request to move and we apologize for that. We feel like we could have done better and will bring this to our teams’ attention. Our records do indicate that you were refunded some monies on your rate, which was already discounted due to the restoration work at the property. We hope you enjoyed our beautiful beaches and had a safe trip home. We hope to host you in the future and appreciate your feedback!
