Apartment 48 Rue Rossini, Nice

Lovely big apartment in a convenient location. Had a little difficulty finding it which was sorted over the 'phone and the shower flooded which was sorted without problem the next day. Some traffic noise but didn't really bother us. I would stay there again and recommend this apartment. Agents more than helpful.

Comfortable apartment

We stayed in the Two bedroom apartment on the third floor with a lift for a week. A great location, 10 min walk from Nice Ville rail station, 10 min walk to the beach & 15 mins to the main shopping & restaurant area. I enjoyed eating breaky every morning on the little balcony off the kitchen. The bathroom had another small balcony which was very handy for getting the washing dry. There was a separate toilet. Good facilities in the kitchen & bathroom with some basic supplies. Comfortable beds & very spacious.

A lovely stay in Nice city centre!

Lovely property in a great location in the centre of Nice. Very clean and spacious, with A/C that works brilliantly in both bedrooms. The pictures on vrbo don't do it justice! Nicely decorated in a minimalist style. Really handy kitchen area with plenty of cutlery, plates and cookware, and dishwasher also. Therese who manages the property was really lovely, easily contactable by vrbo/WhatsApp before we arrived and were able to arrange late check-in and check out with her to suit our flight times which was brilliant. The apartment was close to amenities (supermarket and Nice Ville train station only a few minutes walk away) and not far at all to Nice old town and the seafront. Overall a wonderful stay in a lovely clean property, would happily come back again!

Pleasant apartment in Nice

Stayed for a week in September / October. The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of a lovely old building and is 5 minutes walk from Alsace Lorraine Tram Station on Line 2 from the Airport . Met by Therese who showed us around and explained everything for us. The place is spacious, comfortable and most importantly very clean with everything we required for our stay. Beds were comfortable and there are fans to use. We were aware there was no air con, but it was surprisingly very warm for the time of year and needed to open the windows, this means you are subject to some traffic noise in the busy streets below. We were able to use the balconies in the morning and evening, which was nice. There is a TV, but no TV channels are available (there is a DVD player). However the hi speed internet works very well, so there are plenty of ways to work around this. The Intermarche supermarket across the street is excellent and very convenient and it is a short walk to Nice Ville Station for easy trips to Monaco or Cannes. I would be happy to book this apartment again if I were staying in the Thiers area.

Stay in Rossini in Nice, France

This is a very spacious 2 bedroom double bed apartment which can sleep 2 couples or a family of 2 adults and 2 children in 2 separate bedrooms. Kitchen is well equipped except there is NO microwave which I feel is needed. The apartment does not have aircon which is NOT specifically mentioned on the website or maybe I missed it. The apartment is on a very noisy street and at nights too there is noise. However we closed the windows at night which makes the apartment a bit stuffy without aircon. It is a short 20 min walk to the beach and downtown area. It is a very short 5 minute walk to Nice Station. There is a InterMarche across the road which has all items available - fruits, vegetables, grocery, etc. And there are many more in the area. Therese and Nina were very nice and helpful. Nina waited for us at 10.30pm when we arrived a good 5 hours after our scheduled arrival time. Very sweet of her. We left a day early and hope to get a refund for the night. Overall a very nice apartment where I would stay again as I don't need aircon, can manage without microwave, but if I had another choice of a quieter area with a nice view only then I would choose another option.

Appartement avec de beaux volumes, pas trop loin de la mer et du centre de Nice. Dommage que l'emplacement soit très bruyant et l'isolation phonique avec l'extérieur et les voisins soit très mauvaise. Gros problème d'évacuation d'eau de la douche.

Urlaub in Nizza

Die Wohnung war super, alles was wir brauchten, war da. Es war sehr sauber. Theresa hat uns gut empfangen , gute Tipps gegeben und ein Taxi für uns gebucht ( 5.00 Uhr morgens !) Man ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand und an den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Supermarkt schräg gegenüber.Einziges Manko: liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Würde wieder hinfahren.

Freundlich, sauber und zentral gelegen

Die Altbauwohnung im 3. Stock ist sehr geräumig, die Küche ist funktional ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die gesamte Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Einrichtung ist in einem guten Zustand. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 min. am Bahnhof und in 8-10 Minuten an der Proménade des Anglais. Ein großer Supermarkt befindet sich auf der anderen Straßenseite. Absolut empfehlenswert, auch wegen des Kontakts zur Vermieterin, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist.

Schmuckstück in zentraler, fußläufiger Lage

Diese helle und sehr geräumige Altbauwohnung liegt im sog. Musikerviertel, Thiers, mit vielen Renaissance Bauten, fußläufig zu Lebensmittelgeschäften, dem Strand, den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Lokalen. Die mit Liebe eingerichtete Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock mit Aufzug, etwas laut, da an einer Durchgangsstraße, aber nicht besonders störend. Therese war jederzeit erreichbar, gab gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Fühlten uns dort sehr zu Hause und werden wieder diese Wohnung buchen beim nächsten Nizza Aufenthalt.
