The villa’s living quarters are all conveniently located on a single floor for easy accessibility. The cozy lounge area is complemented by a separate dining room with patio doors that lead directly to the pool area. The lounge is furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchair, and includes a TV and DVD player that offers a selection of English channels for your entertainment. The adjacent dining area features a wooden table and chairs where guests can enjoy their meals. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a range of modern appliances such as a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee machine, along with a separate pantry for additional storage.



Outside, a spacious terrace provides the perfect setting for alfresco dining, furnished with quality dining sets and complemented by a built-in barbecue oven and an exterior shower. For your peace of mind, a damage deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival and will be collected as a cash payment. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, following a satisfactory inspection of the property.

Poor maintenance house

House was dirt at the time of rental as well as no supplies for washrooms and kitchen. Furniture is in a bad shape, cushions aren't comfortable as well as furniture fabric wear and disgusting. A little table in the living room broken, BBQ used by cleaning team as ashtray (we don't smoke) and this is disgusting. Poor AC maintenance, AC stops cooling down during the night so should get frozen due to dirt accumulated. Vehicle entrance is not easy due to poor column design in the middle of the way. I'm not going to rent it again and I don't recommend it to anybody

While we understand the frustration with the vehicle entrance design, it is not something that we can change.
