We were greeted by security (Mr. Joe) who insured us that we would enjoy our stay. The room was everything we needed and Jason was so nice and accommodating.

The Host kept in constant contact with me letting me know things that I needed. He also answered any questions I had. The condo was enough space for my guest and myself to move around freely. It was clean and had extra kitchen appliances. The view from the balcony was amazing.

The room was cleaner than any room. we had stayed at . Jason was very helpful. There was some problems during our stay that was out of jason’s control but he was willing to help in any he could . we would stay here again . The security guard joe was the best .

The condo was the best we've ever stayed in. The balcony was the best feature it was HUGE!! A little outdated but it was well worth it for the view and beach access. Couldn't check in early which was a little inconvenient but we knew that ahead of time. The air conditioning worked great and trust me we needed it. Close to everything would definitely stay here again. One piece of advice dont leave beach chairs down by the pool where there are shelves for them one of ours were stolen.

This place was absolutely wonderful! My family and I had a great time at the beach and the place was clean and functional which is helpful! Two things I wish we had that we didn’t was smart tv’s in all rooms and a detachable shower head in atleast one bathroom. We have small girls with lots of hair! and trying to wash their hair in the shower was nearly impossible to do with a standard shower head was not happening. Note to self I will bring my own next time! I would absolutely book here again and probably will for next year! This is our new favorite destination for summer!

Always a Delight

I have stayed at this property several times and it has always been a delight. The unit is clean and pleasant. I appreciate how well-appointed it is — just the right amount of furniture and all of it comfortable, and every room has tasteful decor. The owner is responsive to questions and concerns and lives in the area (and I was so happy to meet him in person this time when he brought us some new hangars!). Island Royale itself is a lovely place to stay, with a good amount of covered parking, convenient elevators and carts, and a spectacular view from every unit. Strongly recommend!! (Note to those who are elderly or infirm: bring along portable safety bars for the shower/tub combinations — you can find them online.)

Wonderful place to stay.

Very nice condo with everything needed for a week at the beach. Good location with excellent ocean/beach views and the larger than usual balcony was a major plus. Owner very responsive and proactive. Would definitely consider staying here again if we ever return to Gulf Shores.

Clean room great host

Room was verry clean so was the whole facility, the hot tub and pool areas were well maintained, like the indoor and outdoor options on these, would recommend, quiet did not experience any rude or out of control quest very good environment, very close to beach, the boardwalk takes you as far out as any we have ever stayed Jason was great always answered phone when I called

Beach Vacay!

Our stay at this property was fabulous. It had perfect beach access, beds were comfortable, and there were beach chairs in the unit to use. Jason, the host, was very responsive and answered all of our questions! We will definitely be back!

Great condo & location

This condo is right on the beach with fabulous views. It clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. We’ll stay here again in the future next time we come to Gulf Shores.

We love the beaches of Gulf shores and try to come here as much as possible. We have been coming to Gulf Shores now since 2000 and it has been one of the best places to spend great quality family time.

We love the location and that it is not oversized with lots of crowded beaches. Love having the convenient store located across the street. The condos have oversized balconies that makes it great for having meals while watching the dolphins.
