I liked the location. The place could use a makeover. The bedroom I stayed in was tiny. It was clean and it did serve its purpose but definitely needs an update.

Fantastic stay in a great location

The property is perfect for a beach vacation in OC. Located close to a lot of fun restaurants and bars and just a block from the ocean. Highly recommend!

Golf Trip

The location and facilities were perfect for our golf trip. Easy drive to the courses and close enough to walk to nice restaurants. The condo was in great shape.

It’s everything you’ll need!

Great location, plenty of space, beds were comfortable, owner was available instantly for a few questions, the unit has every amenity of home. We would definitely stay here again.

Another Year and Another Great Vacation

We had a great time in Ocean City this past week and a big part of that had to do with the rental property we used. Kevin is great to work with and we have truly enjoyed our 7 years staying in his condo. We look forward to staying there for years to come!

Sun Chaser is the best

The owner made some really great creature comfort upgrades this year so for that, thank you! Overall this is our favorite place to stay. The location can’t be beat.

Great location & rental!

Really enjoyed staying here. It was clean, comfortable, in a great location and made our vacation easy with access to a kitchen. Kevin was great at responding to messages as well, and let us check in early when we arrived earlier than planned. Will definitely come again. Thanks Kevin!

Great location, clean, budget friendly

Great space for families. Be prepared to bring your own soap, paper goods, linens and bedding. Amazing location for getting to/from the beach. Its the end condo unit so you can just make out the sun shining on the water and sand at the end of 36 St. I would stay here again.
