The house is cozy, is fully-equiped.

The property is located 100 m from the , 500 m from Próximo bus station, 500 m from Minipreço supermarket, 700 m from Comboios de Portugal train station, 7 km from Aeroporto de Faro airport, 10 km from Praia de Faro sand beach, 15 km from Quinta do Lago Golfe golf course, 20 km from AquaShow water park. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood in the center of the city.

The accommodation is equipped with the following items: iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, air-conditioned, 1 TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English).

In the induction open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle are provided.

Très bon emplacement proche de la vieille ville, de la gare routière et ferrovière. La maison est agréable, literie confortable.Cuisine bien équipée mais les plaques sont vitrocéramiques, et non pas induction comme indiqué dans l'annonce.Clés dans une boite à clés . Petit message pour laisser la taxe de séjour sur la table de nuit.Le seul défaut : le bruit des voitures sur les pavés, et le passage des avions. Mais c'est le cas dans toute la ville de Faro

Beautiful property with everything you could need. Within easy walking to old town. Had awful sleep though as the bins opposite are emptied at 2am everything morning - incredibly noisy.

Location next to Faro old town wall

The picture gives a false impression of the size of the property. Entry to the property is difficult for anyone old, infirm, or very young due to a storm guard. There is no handrail on the stairs, an open drain in the downstairs bathroom, and a dreadful smell of drains in the upstairs main bathroom. Although the kitchen had many appliances there was a shortage of crockery/storage space for food etc. Cupboards are designed for the very tall! Comfortable sofas but harsh lighting. The location was ideal for us as it is very close to amenities and the Old Town, however the area is extremely noisy, especially at night when the refuse lorry comes round, and during the day when planes fly directly overhead. Probably more suitable for short stays. Wouldn't book here again.

Perfect location

This unassuming looking apartment packs a lot of punch on the inside with 3 bathrooms and two bedrooms. Perfectly located just a block from the marina.

Bonne situation

La maison est agréable et confortable, deux chambres à l'étage avec sa salle d'eau privative, située à proximité de la vieille ville, d'un gd parking gratuit et se trouve dans une rue très très passante,(gens et véhicules), jusqu'à pas d'heure, pas du tout calme. On est en ville, certes. Séjour d'une semaine 21 au 28 septembre . Il faut savoir que la ville de Faro est toute pavée. Donc pour les personnes qui ont un sommeil léger comme moi, c'est pas l'idéal . C'est un constat : le double vitrage en Espagne comme au Portugal n'a rien à voir avec le double vitrage français qui est bien insonorisé. Mis à part ça, le contact a été facile. Gentille attention avec un vin blanc du pays et des petites bouteilles d'eau dans le réfrigérateur. Merci.

Très correct

Conforme à la description. La qualité des couchages pourrait être améliorée , la rue est néanmoins très bruyante , mais c'est en centre ville donc pas anormal.
