Ivan gave us a great tour and helpful information on our arrival. He was easy to reach and attentive to our questions. We even ran into him while out walking the town one day! Had some great meals, Faro has some wonderful restaurants. Central location for hopping the train and visiting the other towns in the Algarve.

We easily walked to a great restaurant (and there were many nearby). The view, including the sunset, was beautiful! Check-in required several steps, but they were clearly outlined. The place was spotless! Thanks for a great stay!

Great apartment very close to centre and railway station

Very nice apartment. Owner picked us up from airport and gave us a heads up on the area, how to get to the city centre and suggested some really great places to visit.

Sauber aber hellhörig

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Dies war sowohl Vor- als auch Nachteil. Einerseits waren die Innenstadt und Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Andererseits ist der Bahnhof direkt nebenan, sodass man nachts jeden vorbeifahrenden Zug hört und eine Vibration spürt. Außerdem ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Dafür gab es in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Das Doppelbett war jedoch so durchgelegen, dass es unmöglich war, darin zu zweit zu schlafen. Alles in allem eine solide Wohnung.

Great location

Right near the train station a bit out of downtown but an easy walk. The place was spacious and clean. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful location

Our favourite accommodations of our trip. Super close to bus and train station and short trip to beach. Very comfortable for our family of five. Clean premises. Host very responsive to messages and questions.

The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated. I liked all the houseplants and the water view. Conveniently close to the train station. Found the surrounding area to be a little suspect, the building itself to be very old and the entry way dark. The apartment was withing walking distance to the town center and marina. Owner was very responsive to questions.

Quick access to surrounding

Close access to bus and trains and only a short walk to the old town. Condo was very clean and bright despite being in an old building. It was well stocked with all the necessary things to make our stay comfortable.

Marvelous location

We woke up overlooking the water and at night watching the sunset on the small balcony. Everything in the apartment is nice and functional. We made breakfast every morning after we walked to Spar (5 min.) and bought fresh baked rolls. Ivan was very welcoming and gave us a short tour of Faro after picking us up from the airport. You are with walking distance to everything you want to do in Faro. If you need a bus 1 block away and train station across the street. We had a 7am train ticket to Lisbon and walking across the street with luggage was a life saver.

Excellent little apartment very near the town centre

Although close to the train station and not far from the flight path there was little to no noise. A/C was working perfectly and adequate for the size of flat. Access was easy with a working lift. The views were great from the balcony.

This property was ok to stay in for a very short period. I would not want to stay here for a long vacation. The location of the property, even though not too far from the main plaza, is not pleasant. The "view" pictures that are posted are very deceiving. The view of the boats are in the far distance. The direct view is a train station and some warehouses with industrial lots. It is not a two bedroom condo. The room with 3 beds have no dividing wall to the living room, so no privacy. I would not recommend it for family stay.

Lovely Apartment Ideal Location Sea View

The location is ideal and walkable to the Old City, Municipal Market, boat tours and many excellent restaurants including Hotel Faro rooftop bar and restaurant. The apartment has a sunny deck overlooking the train stations (noise not an issue) and out to the sea. It s spacious, bright and well equipped. Wash may be hung outside and fry in a day.

Loved the view and the furnishings in the living room, especially the plants. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much. Ivan was a good host and responded quickly and well to our comments.

Well equipped apartment

The apartment is practically opposite the train station with views over the sea towards the airport, it is in a residential area and is the 4th floor up, there is a lift. A lovely living room, and the whole place is very clean. I personally found it difficult to sleep as it is quite noisy what with the airport, trains and general noise in street . Memory foam mattresses i find too hot and had to sleep above a bed with a cushion as the pillows are memory foam too. Ivan was good with communication and arranged a drop off to the airport for us, there is a lovely restaurant a few doors up, it is well situated for the marina etc.

Appartement au 4eme étage avec superbe vue sur la Ria formosa. Par contre une belle chambre mais ensuite 3 lits simples à côté du salon non fermé. Bruyant avec train et aéroport à proximité. Par contre propriétaire très sympa et disponible. Bien pour visiter tavira côté est Algarve.

Beautiful View

A real sweet spot right in the heart of Faro. It is so convenient, especially for train and bus travelers. You can live without a car quite easily. We did rent a car for a little while, to look around elsewhere. Ivan is a wonderful host.

Bright and airy. Great location

This is a spacious condo located in the Old Town a few minutes walk from the harbour and 20+ outdoor restaurants and cafes. The small balcony was perfect for sunset dinners for 2.

What a great property centrally located close to everything it could not have been more perfect for my needs very close to the train station and just seconds into the Old Town restaurants close by beautiful water views when I return to Faro I will most definitely try to stay here again I didn't want to leave I could have just moved in and stay ed it was so comfortable

Appartement chaleureux

Nous avons séjourné trois jours dans cet appartement.Nous l’avons trouvé très chaleureux probablement dû aux nombreuses plantes qui s’y trouve. Nous avions une superbe vue sur les couchés de soleil. Appartement bien équipé. Aucun contact avec l’hôte en personne mais facilement ré joignable avec WhatsApp. Les places de stationnement sont plutôt rares probablement dû à la proximité de la gare. Prenez note que la deuxième chambre est ouverte sur le salon. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au cœur de l’Agave, proche du centre historique de Faro.

A wonderful late summer break

The property is a comfortable and well appointed apartment, but two things make it exceptional. The first is the location – just across the road from the bus station and train station with easy access to the whole of the Algarve; 10 minutes walk to all the best restaurants and bars in town; a very decent Spar supermarket just down the road; fifteen minutes walk to the ferry terminal to the Faro beach and the other islands of the Ria Formosa. The other factor is the wonderful outlook over the Ria Formosa, especially at sunset, a delight for bird watchers, plane spotters or anyone who loves spectacular sunsets. Faro itself is full of delights, artistic, historical and culinary. We had a wonderful time!
