This property is unique in Gaucin village, and I feel extremely lucky to own it because of the amount of space and the large garden and pool. When we first saw it in 1989 it had been for sale for a long time, a warehouse for building materials, the lorries would drive onto the tarmac (now garden) through the Casita gates; with just 3.5 outside walls, a roof, one floor and a few windows, open at one end. The Casita was a shed for animals, one palm tree existed. So we project managed the building of Casa Mosaica ourselves, a labour of love, bit by bit in the Moorish style. My top apartment first so we could live there while we did the building, next the downstairs apartment, the pool, the Casita and last of all the garden planted in 2005. I have been renting the Apartment and Casita since 2010 and have lots of reviews from over the years on my own site.
