With its 74m2, as soon as you enter you will feel special as you will be able to enjoy everything this flat has to offer: living-dining room, beautiful open plan fully equipped kitchen, with modern furniture where cooking will be a pleasure; a master bedroom, with queen size bed, a second bedroom equipped with two single beds joined together and a third bedroom equipped with a king size bed where rest is assured, bathroom with two showers! where you can take the most intimate and comforting showers, toilet and, as icing on a delicious cake, a 25m2 terrace where you can enjoy in your desired jacuzzi for hours and hours and where you can celebrate the tastiest meals of the land in its dining area or where you can relax in its comfortable chill out area.



Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

Excellent apartment, in a very good area of Cadiz it has everything you need! The jacuzzi on the roof terrace is brilliant after a day of lots of walking around Cadiz! Excellent communication with Cadiz4Rentals throughout our stay. We will return next year! Thankyou.

Très bel appartement avec terrasse bien agencée (jacuzzi ). Nous avons séjourné au coeur de la ville avec ses ambiances, ses habitants (marché central à 2 pas)... Belles plages de sable fin à proximité top!

Apartamento

El apartamento en general estaba muy bien, muy amplio, la decoración, el tener camas grandes. La terraza con el jacuzzi es un plus y sobre todo el subir desde dentro del apartamento. La ubicación excelente. Que pusieran algo más de jabón para fregar, papel higiénico (solo habia 4), tuvimos que comprar de esas cosas, para pasar una semana eso es poco.

Great place, but poorly equipped kitchen.

A lovely spacious apartment near the market which is what I was after so I could cook fresh fish every day. The kitchen is terribly equipped though - almost impossible to cook a meal for 2 let alone for 6 people. Broken kitchen knives. No salad bowl or mixing bowl. No salt or pepper. A filter coffee machine but no filters. There was a small pack containing a couple of days worth of washing up liquid but we were there for 10 days so that ran out. As did the two toilet rolls, which they wouldn't replace. So - a really good space in a great location and with a little more thought and generosity would be perfect. But it just felt a bit mean.

Perfect stay in Atico Cruz.

The apartment was very well quipped. The beds were very comfortable. It was very quiet to have a good sleep at night. Would recommend this apartment. Everything was perfect.
