この美しく改装されたユニットは1階にあり、敷地内のプールやOld Montauk Highwayの向こうにある海など、必要なものすべてが備わっています。ベッドルームにはクイーンサイズのベッド（新しく寝る2つの新しいベッド）と洋服収納用のドレッサー/クローゼットがあります。リビングエリアには、クイーンサイズの引き出し式ベッドが付いた居心地の良いセクシーなソファがあり、快適に眠れます。コンドミニアムは最大4眠る（協同ルール）

バスルームは上から下まで完全に改装されました。スタンドアップシャワー（バスタブなし）とヘアドライヤーが備わります。

Perfect for a weekend away

Montauk get away

A very comfortable stay! The condo is a beautiful modern space that was very clean and well maintained. The outside grounds and pool area are equally beautiful and well maintained. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect Montauk Getaway

The ideal trifecta for a getaway: cute, cozy, and clean! My husband and I stayed a long weekend here, and it was such a good experience on every level. Immaculately clean and charming decor/setup. Terrific location very close to the beach, and minutes-drive to the little downtown and nearby all the beautiful state parks we wanted to visit. The host was very pleasant and responsive, too. We would definitely stay here again!

Better than advertised.

Better than ad. Very clean, beautifully decorated condo with everything you need for a great stay. Convenient to all in Montauk. Jamie is a pleasure to deal with and was always accessible to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend and look forward to future stays.

Easy n comfortable

Although the weather was rainy and cloudy property close to the beach. I had business in the area so the beach was not a priority. Very clean and updated. We would stay again.

Couldn’t have been better!!

Jamie was an excellent host and very responsive when we had questions. Every inch of the little condo was so clean! It had everything you need- microwave, tv, wifi, porch view of the water, clean towels. We loved laying in bed and watching tv through the bedroom window! It felt like home for a few days. If you’re visiting Montauk- this is by far the place you should stay!

Excellent location!

For my wife and our 16 month old. Everything worked out perfectly. The location was great for us, a goldilocks zone. Just on the edge of town, not to close not to far . A short bike ride/walk only minutes away. Beach access across the street not to busy, but not desolate either. End unit with good parking, easy access with 2 entrances. All though slightly smaller bedroom we were just able to fit our portable crib and still enjoy the living area and deck while our boy slept. Host was very responsive to our needs during the stay and would highly recommend. Thank you!

Relaxing Getaway

This was our second visit to Jamie's place. Even though Hurricane Lee was off shore causing lots of wind and no swimming we still managed to do plenty and kick back and recharge in this beautiful condo and surrounding area. Easy walk into town and beach located across the street from property and we enjoyed long walks on beach. This place is spotless clean and comfortable. Owner Jamie is such a pleasure to deal with and accommodated us with all our needs. We will definitely be back and spread the word to family and friends. This is a hidden gem and we are so very happy we discovered it. Surrounding is so peaceful. We didn't bring our bikes with us this time because of wind but Sunday was such a great weather day we drove down near Gosman's dock and rented bikes for half day and rode all around the area.

Super séjour

Appartement idéalement placé, très propre et très fonctionnel.Résidence très agréable, à 2 pas de la plage qui est superbe.Communication avec Jamie très facile.La ville de Montauk, accessible à pied par la plage est aussi très agréable, bons restaurants.Séjour incroyable!
