I would definitely stay here again. The place is beautiful and hosts are very helpful and welcoming. Location is particularly good also since it is tucked away from main touristy areas (so less packed and better food options), but still close enough that you can easily access them.

We arrived and it took all day to cool down to a bearable temperature Never found flatware and one coffee cup. Beds in twin room uncomfortable so one of us slept on couch. Location was wonderful but overall disappointing

Cara ospite, mi dispiace che tu sia rimasta delusa, ma ti ringrazio per aver condiviso la tua esperienza che ci aiuta a migliorare continuamente il soggiorno dei nostri ospiti. Per quanto riguarda la temperatura della casa, durante il periodo del tuo soggiorno le temperature esterne hanno raggiunto i 36-38 gradi accompagnate da un livello di umidità particolarmente elevato nella città di Venezia. inoltre, l'esposizione al sole della casa rende più difficile mantenere gli ambienti freschi durante il caldo eccezionale che ha colpito - immagino lo avrai letto - tutta Europa. Per quanto riguarda le tazze da caffè, ci terrei a precisare che erano presenti nell'alloggio, e precisamente nel mobile della colazione dietro la parete della cucina, ma evidentemente non sono state individuate. Infine, mi dispiace sapere che i letti non siano risultati confortevoli. In tutti questi anni come host, i materassi vengono periodicamente sostituiti e nessuno si è mai lamentato... finora. Ma grazie per avermelo segnalato: ne terrò conto e cercherò di intervenire per migliorare questo aspetto. Un caro saluto e tanti auguri di buon proseguimento d'anno.

Idéal location near Campo San Margarita with added bonus of outdoor courtyard aspect to enjoy. Spacious ground floor apartment with stylish features and well appointed kitchen for our 4 day stay. Would thoroughly recommend - can sleep 4-5.

Loved the location (quiet and convenient area on a canal) and roominess of the apt! Wish there was A/C in the living area and smaller room, but it’s not too bad. Cleanliness was very good and we appreciated Paolo meeting us at the train station in the evening to take us to the apt (quick walk). Also appreciated the time he took to explain how appliances work (very different from what we have in the US). WiFi was very good and comfy beds. Tip for return to airport: Don’t use a porter if you are able bodied and can lift luggage over a couple of small bridges (we got scammed on cost and didn’t need him). Take a taxi back to the airport as it doesn’t cost much more than the bus and totally worth it. We would definitely stay here again!

The assistant wasn’t able to find the remotes for the air conditioning so we opened the windows at night which was nice but we all ended up with lots of mosquito bites. I think they are due for pillow and mattress refreshes, but otherwise the unit was well appointed and we really enjoyed our stay. The plaza just over the bridge has plenty of restaurants and a market for whatever you might need. It is a bit of a walk to the center area of the city (St. Marks, Rialto Bridge). The assistant was very helpful in finding us assistance in getting four of us and all our luggage to the train station when we left and we appreciated that very much. All in all i recommend this apartment and would stay here again.
