A lovely place to stay in Venice.

A lovely apartment full of character. Close to the bus station, shops, bars and cafes. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxed , stress-free booking and checkin

Host was very nice, easy check in, allowed us to keep luggage their till we left island, gave us tips on public transportation, clean, was very spacious for our family of 4, grocery store around corner, bakery just a 2 mon walk with amazing croissant ,quiet streestreet.

Lovely, spacious apartment in a charming neighborhood.

The apartment is much larger than it appears in the photos. It was a wonderful place for us to recharge. We found it comfortable and functional. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a family of four.

Great, Quiet Place

The apartment is tucked away on a quiet canal with a balcony and views. It was a great location with comfortable beds. Way more than enough space for our family of 4. Very clean and everything worked well.

Superb place to stay

Brilliant place to stay - close to the buses and trains and a great point from which to get around and explore Venice. Giovanna was fantastic and as well as making sure things went smoothly she gave us some great advice for navigating Venice as well as showing us around the flat. The apartment has a great vibe and was perfect for the four of us. If returning to Venice, I would definitely book this again.

Outstanding experience, great location, and wonderful customer service

The property boasts a cool retro vibe on a quiet canal that somehow manages to be 15-30 minutes walk to every awesome Venice attraction. I will mention we had two minor issues while there and the property manager immediately responded and fixed everything with not hisitstion. She really made our stay memorable and comfortable. Thank you!

Beautiful Home

The property is lovely and large, has everything you need and in a great position. There is a well stocked shop just around the corner and eating places close by too. Was lovely to be met at the property. Property is second floor with no lift which was absolutely fine for us and the view is amazing.Would stay here again if visiting Venice.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful Venetian apartment

We traveled to Italy after getting married and spent the last half of our trip in Venice - the apartment was ideal! Clean, comfortable, close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood away from more of the busy tourist districts. Giovanna was a wonderful host and helped situate us to the neighborhood, including giving us some excellent recommendations for what to do and where to eat. We are hoping to return, perhaps for our anniversary!

Spacious Apartment in Venice

Giovanna was fantastic in providing information about the functions of the apartment and businesses close by that we may need, like a grocery store and a clothing/dry cleaners as well as recommendations on restaurants and points of interest. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and convenient to many attractions in Venice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Venice and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a place to stay for a long visit in Venice.

1 Month Venice vacation

If you are looking for a Venetian experience, this apartment is just that. Well equipped and a great location. A couple of things that take away from making this apartment a 5 rating. The apartment has a unpleasant smell that comes from the bathrooms, more than likely something to do with the sewer system. The apartment also has quite a bit of noise coming from the apartment overhead. The bedding and bathroom linens are not professionally laundered and are not very nice. Having said all of this we stayed 1 month and our overall experience was a very pleasant one.

Perfect Stay

From the beginning we had updated communication which put us at ease. There is nothing like arriving after a long train ride and being greeted by Giovanna who was upbeat and welcoming. She showed us everything about the gorgeous apartment/how to work everything (Air Conditioning!) She had maps and had written recommendations for grocery stores, restaurants. We felt very taken care of. The apartment has everything you need. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Appartement vintage, très spacieux, proche du départ de la gare et de plusieurs vaporetti .

Ambiance agréable du mobilier années 50/60 où on circule aisément, espace idéal pour 3, 4 personnes. (En revanche les 2 lits pour 1 personne sont étroits pour 1 adulte ...) Accueil professionnel de l’accueil . Petit point décevant : le chauffage et l’ eau chaude qui tardent à arriver .

Lovely Apartment!

We enjoyed your apartment very much. It is a quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to the train station and rental car offices. The canal view is great. And the air conditioning was much appreciated in July. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Historic and architectual home in Venice

The home is an interesting mix of ancient Venice house and 60'es architecture. It is nice to examine the details of the added wood structure. So if you are in Venice for art or architecture biennale - it is a great place to stay. Close to express water bus, nice area and a flat with everything you need.

Quiet Location

Charming apartment located in a quiet local Venetian neighborhood but within easy walking distance all the big poi’s. One block from a grocery store and a great little bakery. Our host Giovanna was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, zwar etwas hellhörig, aber sehr gut gelegen - Nähe Piazzale Roma. Auch einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt es ums Eck. Der Empfang und die Betreuung durch Gio waren hervorragend - vielen Dank dafür!!

Die Betreuung beim Einchecken war unkompliziert und nett. Die Lage ist hervorragend, dennoch ruhig an einem Kanal gelegen. Selbst der 2. Stock war mit den beiden 90jährigen Damen gut zu bewältigen. Die Wohnung selbst ist voll eingerichtet - als ob der Eigentümer gerade mal ein paar Tage weg wäre - und sehr ansprechend mit einer schönen Atmosphäre. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler etc. Der Balkon ist natürlich ein Highlight! Wir kommen gerne wieder, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Kleiner Tipp: Sollte jemand nur Filterkaffee trinken, dann unbedingt Papierfilter mitnehmen, die sind in Venedig sehr schwer zu bekommen! (Wir haben allerdings 2 Packungen dort lassen ;-))
