This wonderful 3 bedroom apartment in the famous Rua do Alecrim is a true jewel in the heart of Lisbon. Entirely renovated, it has the charm of the Portuguese tradicional buildings with its high ceilings, original tiles on the walls, the apparent "Gaiolas Pombalinas", natural wooden floors and huge windows. Located between Chiado and Baixa, it couldn't be more central. And if this wasn't enough, you still have the view of the of the Tagus River!
In the apartment you will find:
- Living/dining room with table for 8, comfortable couch, armchair with chaise.
- Suite with bath and shower.
- Second bedroom with a queen-size bed.
- Third bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed.

- Second bathroom with a shower.

Amazing Stay!

Located close to many great restaurants and transportation. Unit was fully equipped and host was very responsive with any questions. Beds very comfy and would highly recommend staying here. Really enjoyed our stay. Host even recommended a fantastic tour operator for Sintra.

Great location in Lisbon!

This apartment was located close to Time Out Market and Pink Street. We could also walk to the Praça de Comercio where we grabbed a Tuk-Tuk tour. The apartment was spacious and worked well for a family gathering.

First trip to Lisbon

The property was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the property management was very good. The location was excellent, close to many restaurants, shopping, metro & train stations. Overall it was a great trip.

Amazing location

Great apartment located near tons of things to do and see. Access to public transportation is ideal. Super easy and friendly check-in process. Apartment is clean, recent and big. We had a amazing time in Lisbon.

Perfect location

Great flat with all of the required amenities. Easy access to all sites in Lisbon. It's located 2 min walk from Time Out Market. Unit was clean, well furnished, with modern bathrooms. 5 stars!

60 steps to the streets of Lisboa

We came to stroll the streets and this is a great location to do that. It’s not really within 1/2 mile of anything significant - but like I said, if the weather is good you’ll enjoy the walking. That said, prepare to haul your luggage up and down 60 steps to this apartment.

Great flat!

I travelled with my husband and 20 year old daughter. This is an amazing flat that is central for walking to shopping and restaurants or grabbing a cab-which are much less expensive than the US Both Nelson and Claudia are amazing! Shout out to Claudia for her patience as our flight was delayed 5 hours and for her quick responses during our stay! I highly recommend it!!

Perfect in every way!

Our family group of 2 adults, 2 seniors, and one child thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chiado 4 - Alecrim. The space is lovely - spacious entry, three great bedrooms, two full baths, a large living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen (but bring your own coffee, snacks, etc. of course), plus an extra sitting area. Furniture and beds very comfortable. There is a narrow terrace for a view of the river, a breath of fresh air, to watch and hear the city life below, or for an outdoor cigarette break. The two sets of large glass doors on the street side have well-insulated glass plus heavy shutters to keep any city sounds out when you want extra quiet. There are several sets of stairs to access the apartment, but even our older guests were able to manage them ok as our schedule meant we only had to go up/down a couple times a day. The location was great for walking through the charming neighborhoods; for longer distances, we took an Uber at well under 10 euros. There's a nice variety of eateries nearby. Our host was very kind (especially when we were somewhat delayed by busy traffic) and easy to communicate with. Clean, safe underground parking is located just a couple blocks away under the Praca Camoes. We all felt so very much at home in this apartment, and will seek it out the next time we visit Lisbon.

Loved Lisbon

We arrived late and it was Friday night. Pink Street was in full swing. Listing said that it was far enough away that the noise would be minimal. Not true. The place shook until all hours of the morning. When entering the “lobby” we were shocked at how dirty and gross it was. Desperately needed painting, stuff was stored in the corner. Bad start… Washer/dry door would not open with 5 of my 7 outfits inside. The kitchen knob kept falling off. The ensuite sink on the right was falling off. No tea towels, kitchen wash cloths, or garbage bags and the towel were thin, smelly and old. The round rug in the other living area stunk like urine. The ceiling in the third bedroom was cracked, stained and the paint falling off. BUT it was decorated nicely just like in pictures. Location was great, other than Pink St, loved the history it held. Lisbon is a great city and this place has sooo much potential. If those things get fixed (minus Pink St can’t change that) it would be a great place. Don’t get me wrong…we loved our stay…it was just a little stressful because of the things that were wrong. My recommendation would be for them to fix all the issues and then I would say it’s a great place. If it had been only one or two things wrong it wouldn’t have mattered.

Nice experience

The apartment worked well for my husband, daughter and I. We had plenty of space. The property was clean and located near most of the places we wanted to see. Our only complaint was the noise all night from the people partying in nearby bars during the weekend. It was better during the week. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this apartment.
