137ムーアストリートコテージは、1996年に私がリンカーンビルで完全にリハビリした最初の家です。 私は2015年の晩秋に再びそれを取り戻し、再び完全にリハビリして、埋め込み式の照明とデラウェア流木で最新のものにしました。 外側はラベンダーのミストで塗装され、庭にフェンスで囲まれています。家からは美しいサンセバスチャン川の景色が見えます。 皆さんも私と同じようにお楽しみいただけると思います。

My husband and I did a mini vacay for nights of lights. This was the perfect location. Far enough away from the crazy but walking distance to EVERYTHING! Highly recommend.

Nice cottage. Definitely on the small side. I wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 ppl. Great location. Walking distance to most restaurants and historic district.

Clean, quiet house

Small house. All a couple needs. Close to the Fish Camp, a delicious restaurant and Raga Cafe..a hidden treasure for bfast beside Fish Camp. Just under a mile from St. George Street. Bathroom small but soooo clean! All the amenities needed. It would be too small for 2 couples

Great place to stay

House was great, plenty of room and really clean. Check in and out was easy. Great location, easily walk anywhere in town. Host was wonderful, helpful and responsive. Would stay again for sure!

It was fine, but I'd recommend a new bed

Cute bungalow. Small, but it was just me and my wife. Towels had bleach stains, but I'm assuming they were clean at least. Bed was super uncomfortable, but that could vary by person.

Cute quiet cozy

We haven't been to St. Augustine in about 15 yrs. Lincolnville has really changed, the neighborhood has done a 180 since the last time we were here. Most of th homes there have been re-done and the neighborhood is great. Very friendly, quiet, cozy neighborhood, great location for all of the sites for vacationers and to see the sights. Home was fully equipt and clean and super cozy. On site manager "JayBird" was great, super friendly and extremely helpful. If ever in the area again, would stay again. Highly recommended.

Historic Lincolnville

It was a small but nice house in a historic district. It was about .8 miles from St. George Street. not a bad location at all. We were a bit disappointed there was no coffee available but a coffee machine was provided. typically coffee is usually provided by the host. Or at least that has been my experience.

Clean and Cute

The 'mermaid' cottage was everything we expected. It was clean, well appointed and close to everything. The whole process, from booking the property to leaving the area was seamless and the host was very accommodating (including meeting us to return a lost item!) I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Cute Little Cottage

The cottage was adorable and perfect for just my husband and me. The location is also great. It’s close (walking distance) to everything but far enough from the hustle & bustle that you’re not going to have your sleep interrupted by bar patrons, cars, music, etc. Every thing about the cottage is great with the exception of two minor issues (not deal breakers though) - 1.) There are no curtains on the bedroom windows so sleeping in past 7:30 AM in the spring or summer isn’t really feasible. 2.) The bed is really squeaky…like obnoxiously squeaky. It squeaks when you get up, lay down, or make any sudden movement. Again these are not deal breakers; however, I thought others would be interested in knowing. 10/10 recommend this adorable cottage.

St Augustine, 2024

The house was comfortable and clean. It is within walking distance of restaurants, shops and attractions. When attempting to check in, the property manager was not responsive to the phone call we were requested to make and had to leave two messages before he called us. There were no check out procedures, (where to put the key) and again the property manager was unresponsive, so we put the key under the door mat, left a message for the property manager on his phone and left.
