We absolutely loved staying in this condo! I would recommended it to anyone with little children. My kids loved the pool and the beach (that is private to the condo) it’s quite in the area and just what we was looking for!

Beautiful view

Very nice and safe property. Gorgeous views of the HarborWalk and the gulf. Very clean and convenient to everything. Only downfall was construction going on in tower 2 and beside us.

Good family location

Nice location for family. Beach and coves next to building are wonderful! Off the beaten path which we like that style of vacation. Short drive to docks and area attractions.

Nice Place, Quiet Location

We enjoyed our stay! The location was convenient, fabulous, good views, and very quiet. It was probably the week we were there, but we had the pool mostly to ourselves. The unit is a little older but fairly well maintained overall. Great communication from the renter with easy check in and check out processes.

East Pass never disappoints

Super location in what I call "old" Destin. View of the Harbor is excellent. The property suits all our needs. You can't go wrong with this choice.

Great location and nice property.

Great property, nice and clean! The property doesn’t have ocean access just beach access but we knew that when we booked. There is a small public beach to the right of the property that was close enough to walk.

Wedding vacation

Property was beautifull although i felt lied to in pictures it seemed like there were 3 pools on the property but there wasnt and access to the beach was not easily accessible at all

The listing does say "The beach at East Pass is built up on a seawall and is for sunbathing only, public beach access is next door," and there are only pictures of one pool. amenities were ok the curtains would not stay up the carpet was dirty and worn. The weather was beyond your control too cold for the pool so we used the hot tub but only for 2 of the 12 days we were there. There was a leak so unusable. The enevator did not work on a regular bases we had to leave early and the elevator was stuck at 3:30 in the morning. We had to leave for Iowa about 10 days early because my mother was put in hospice So I asked if we could rebook at a facility in October or whenever there was not a high need and use the amount of the fee we had paid for a week stay. But was denied this. The weather was awful and the trip to Iowa was not expected at this time. Not sure if we would book with Rea; Joys again

Nice Location, Layout of Space, Beautiful View

We really enjoyed our stay here. The layout of the unit was spacious, with plenty of room for the four of us. I was worried about the cleanliness after seeing some reviews, but I had no issues, thought it was just fine. My favorite part is its location on Holiday Isle, the O’Steen Beach Trail, and Destin Harbor. We had so much fun watching the boats in the harbor. Definitely recommend, and I would also stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

It was our first time vacationing in Destin and we enjoyed everything about our stay. The location of our property was great and the condo was clean and what we needed. The only downside was there was a lot of construction and outside noise from the property and park next to us. Otherwise, it was great and highly recommend.
