Superb Accommodations in a Great Location

A very comfortable and well equipped three bedroom home that was perfect for me, my wife and adult daughter. Walkable to nice bay beach, and an easy bike ride to the nearest ocean beach. Provincetown is a hoot, and is nearby, as is gorgeous Wellfleet. We spent a week there in June, and would definitely return.

Great Covid Getaway

The cottage was perfect for a Cape getaway. My parents, husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was charming as described, great location for Ptown and the outer beaches of the national seashore. Curt and Kyla responded quickly before and during our stay.

Clean & great location

Quiet neighborhood; within 10 minute drive to multiple beaches & great dining options with outdoor seating. Nice backyard space for outdoor meals. Backyard is not private if this is a preference but in off season the other guests in this cottage community were very few & were friendly. Get ready to snuggle w/ your significant other as beds are smaller as usual in most cottages but were comfortable. Property was very clean & smelled great. A/C worked very well & house had a lot of towels/linens.

Very Clean Cottage

This place was in the perfect location for us and a short walk to the beach. Very Clean and the onsite property manager introduced himself and let us know to contact him if we need anything.

Great cottage in lovely north truro

This cottage was a wonderful retreat. The owner was very communicative and responded to questions and concerns Quickly. The dishwasher broke toward the end of our stay and the owner offered to let us stay an Extra night. The cottage is very clean and well maintained. It helped a lot to have two bathrooms and a washer/dryer for our two week stay. The fireplace is a nice bonus, especially in chilly summer nights. The yard is also nice and we made good use of the bbq and outdoor chairs. But the yard isn’t a private yard. This cottage is in a small community of cottages and people from other houses freely walk around the grounds and through the yard for this spot. The neighbors are very nice! But if you’re looking for a yard with total privacy, this would not work. If you’re looking for a convenient, clean, and well apportioned cottage for your stay in the outer cape, this would be ideal! I hope to come back another time.

Great Place!

This is our second time renting this property. It works perfectly for my family. And it is even better that the house includes paper goods and sheets/towels. The owners are incredibly responsive to answer questions. I can’t wait to come back next year.

Very comfortable beach house. Decorated in lighthouse theme. Great shelves to store personal items in bathrooms & bedrooms. Full functional kitchen. With 3 bedrooms a cute sunny den theres 4 sleep spaces. Located in a VERY Quiet cottage association. Widows need cleaned, some need screens. New blinds and a little paint would add so much! Do yourself a favor, unplug and enjoy this peaceful space & sea breeze. Close easy drive to P- Town & beaches.

Simply Delightful!

We had a wonderful time. The house was exactly what we wanted, secluded enough for peace and quiet yet a short drive to the excitement of Provincetown. Everything was clean and well provisioned. The outside picnic table and grill were a lovely touch. Check-in was a breeze. Communication with the owner couldn't have been better. He was very accommodating and helpful with any questions we had. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again.

4 days getaway in Truro, MA

We had great 4 days in this cottage in Truro, good location, very close to places we love the most, pine woods, bay and ocean beaches. It was more than enough for 2 of us, the property owner was helpful and responsive. Everything was very clean, the only thing is that the cleaning lady probably used a lot of deodorizing products that gave the strong artificial smell to the property. We easily got rid of it by opening all windows, doors and having the fan on. All good!

Great location. Great hosts

This cottage was in a wonderful location- near to P’town, bay and ocean beaches. There was plenty of room for our family of 3 and the kitchen was well stocked. (We made breakfast and lunch every day, cooked dinner 3-4 Times and used the grill). The outdoor shower is a car classic and the grill was powerful. A/c units in the windows were welcome When it got hot but did make airflow difficult on the cool, breezy days we had. That said, we’d rather have the a/c when needed. This property is the largest unit part of a small cottage community so the neighbors are close and you’ll need a big towel coming in from the outdoor shower but it’s cute and people were polite. The Truro farmers mkt is a delight as is the nearby winery. Court and Kyla were super responsive, answered questions quickly and even let us check in a little early. We really had our best cape vacation here!

Great Cape Cod Cottage

We really enjoyed this cottage. It was exactly what we needed and had some great supplies (BBQ grill, kitchen tools, soaps, towels, sheets). The owner was super responsive to any questions or problems. It was spacious enough for our party of 4 adults and 1 child. It exceeded our expectations and we would stay there again.

Perfect house for 2 families

Great location. House is very well equipped with everything we needed to cook. We were 2 families with young children and the house was perfect for our stay. Great communication with house owner - he would reply to text messages within minutes. Would recommend this house.

June Weekend in North Truro

We were attending a family wedding at the Kalmar Resort in North Truro. I wanted a Home for my daughter, her husband and her toddler. This Home was Perfect! The pictures do not do it justice! It is larger than the pictures show with the 3 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms all on one floor. All rooms are very well situated and decorated with charming beach decor! The AC was appreciated even though the weather was June perfection! The Cottage complex where the Home is located is friendly and nice. The proximity to the Kalmar Resort is perfect! The Owner was very helpful with a few issues that surfaced and was always easy to reach! We found the Cottage clean and welcoming! We would all happily rent again! Thank You to the Owner for allowing us to rent his comfortable Cottage.

Truro Highland Acres

This is my second year renting this house. I love the location, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer very convenient, plenty of parking. We got a beach sticker from the Truro town office and beach hopped 12 beaches in a week. It was wonderful, places we had never visited in 40 years of visiting the Cape. And they were all close so we could conveniently go back to the house for anything in between. Thanks Court for sharing your house with us.!

Sweet Cottage and Excellent Location

We had a great week and enjoyed the cottage. Loved being so close the beach and watching all the seals. The trolley into town was an added bonus! The owners were great to work with too!

Great Family Vacation

Absolutely fantastic. My Family's second trip to Cape Cod. We could not ask for a better experience. Close to the beach, safe, clean and comfortable. Kyla and Court are like family, so accommodating, just wonderful people. Everything you see in the listing is what you get....and more. The place is spotless but comfortable where you feel at home as soon as you arrive. You will not be disappointed with this rental.

Great Cape Cod Cottage

Outstanding home located close to Provincetown at the tip of Cape Cod. The home is close to many beaches and local attractions. The home interior, with it's Lighthouse wallpaper and ocena motif definitely makes you want to get out and explore the surounding ocean and beaches. It is within short biking distance to sound side beaches and an easy drive/or longer bike ride to ocean side beaches. The home is equipped with all the essentials you might require during your stay, abundent cooking supplies and utensils, a gas grill and even a set of huge pots for steaming your lobsters, clams, mussels, etc. The beds were comfortable and the three bedrooms and two full baths were more than adequate for our family of five. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a/c should it be required when the ocean breezes are inadequate to cool down the house at night. If you don't wish to drive, the bus stops directly in front of the house and you will be able to travel anywhere you want on the Cape. A very charming home in an excellent location. Would definitely recommend for a nice relaxing Cape Cod vacation

FIRST CLASS VACATI0N HOME

My family and I have just returned from our wonderful stay on CAPE COD. This cottage was great, three nice bedrooms and two bathrooms, large living area and large kitchen, equipped with everything you would need. I loved the decoration of the whole area which looked like it had been recently done. Shore Road was nice and near to all the beaches, you can choose between bayside or ocean. We enjoyed the short drive to Provincetown to enjoy shopping and the restaurants are great. We also enjoyed the evenings cooking on the grill and there was plenty of garden furniture to enjoy eating outside. We loved Cornhill Beach which is only a five minute drive and is on the bay, it was very quiet. Will definitely return, a week was not long enough!
