Central location for sights

The apartment is well located in a pedestrianised backstreet. Windows have no view and are overlooked. Clean and tidy though several bulbs blown - maybe due to power failures. At one point we were left completely in the dark (just our apartment) but found fuse box and switched the main fuse off and on and all was well. Communicated this with letting agency but no response. Bed was comfortable and clean, Kitchen had enough facilities too. I had to put new batteries in two clocks that had very old batteries. WiFi was good. With better communication with the letting agency I could have pointed out some of the very small repairs that needed doing.

Has potential but poor property management

This little apartment was cute, well decorated, clean, and spacious enough for a four day stay. Great location and in walking distance from everything we needed. However, the property management was a nightmare to work with. We waited at the apartment for the host to arrive one and a half hours to check in the first day due to unclear check in instructions and lack of response via vrbo messages. They never showed up in person to check us in (we were able to get the keys from the lady who was cleaning the place), and so we never received instructions to connect to the wifi which was hidden in a QR code under the console. Despite messaging them on both vrbo and WhatsApp over the course of multiple hours, we did not receive a response. For both check in and wifi instructions, we were forced to contact vrbo support to contact the host directly, a process which took up to an hour. The shower also leaks a lot of water, as evidenced by water damage around the bathroom door, however the host refused to provide an extra towel when we requested one as we had to use the one they provided to mop up the extra water on the bathroom floor. Overall a cute place, but for the price property management needs to do better here.

Buen apartamento para una estancia corta

Apartamento en el centro de Sevilla en un callejón muy estrecho (no cabe un coche) y muy tranquilo. Se puede ir andando a todas partes y pasear por toda la ciudad histórica, por lo que es ideal para ir a conocer la ciudad.

Petit appartement sympathique

Appartement très bien situé, propre et fonctionnel. Très bon accueil de l’agence qui nous a expliqué plein de chose à voir sur Séville. Seul petit bémol: le matin l’environnement est un peu bruyant.
