Welcome to this excellent property in the rural area of Algaida. This 86 m2 house with pool is located in a 14000 m2 plot and it has capacity for 4 people.
This two-bedroomed house is tastefully decorated. There is a bedroom with double bed, en suite bathroom with hydro massage bathtub and access to the garden. Wake up after a good night sleep and just go out to the garden and breathe the pure air of the Majorcan countryside! There are also a second bedroom with double bed and a shower room.

This lovely house is build following the traditional architecture of the region and preserves many details and indoor spaces that will make you feel its authenticity. In the spacious living room you will be able to relax on the comfy sofa reading a book or watching TV while being able to see the outdoor beauty through the big windows. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday: gas stove, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, juice maker, kettle and a lot more. There are also washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The excellent outside area invites you into a world of peace and tranquillity. The terrace, the 7 x 3.5 m pool and the 700 m2 lawn area are perfectly taken care of. The barbeque can be placed in any of the outside corners where you prefer to enjoy preparing an afternoon supper.

Algaida is a centric village, with the advantage of being well-connected with the rest of the island. Moreover, you will find good restaurants and different kinds of shops. There are all essential public services available. Algaida is situated at about 25 minutes by car from Palma and from the sandy beaches of Can Pastilla and s’Arenal.

This house has a well-kept secret which we would like to share with you: the owner invites you to visit his private old-timer museum, where you may contemplate an extensive exhibition of the history of the engine, with precious jewels you will surely never forget.
