The fully-equipped kitchen boasts an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, and electric coffee machine. From the kitchen, you can access the terrace, and there is also a shower/bidet/WC on this level.

On the lower ground floor, you'll find a dining room with a ceiling height of 220 cm and a dining table. Two additional rooms are located on this level, each furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm. Another shower/bidet/WC is available for your convenience. The house is heated with gas heating, and it offers a small balcony and a large, roofed terrace (25 m2) with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and 14 deck chairs, providing a beautiful panoramic view of the valley, the countryside, the forest, and Val d'Arno.
