Perfect location. Nice place. We used the washing machine dryer combo while there and I advise you not to. These appliances are flimsy in Europe and the property owner will bill you if it breaks, which they are prone to. I liked the place but not the property mgmt people. Parking is not easy to find in Lisbon but and underground lot is close by near the pier

Location was perfect and walking distance to all major sites. The apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed, tastefully decorated. Patricia was easy to reach for check-in and delightful to work with. Note if you rent a car Google will lead you to an alley you should not drive down. We parked off the street and downloaded the telepark app which conveniently allows you to renew 2 hour max sessions between 9 am to 7pm daily for about 3.50 Euro for 2 hours or about 20 Euro a day. A nearby garage is 50 Euro day. We would stay here again when we return to Lisbon

Excellent. Very easy to find and get in building front door. Then up an elevator to the fourth floor where there was key lockbox for the front door of the unit.

Excellent apartment and lication

Very comfortable apartment. Every thing was great. There are two identical doors almost side by side. Coming back from a long walk we went to wrong doorand key woukd not work. Called landlord and we were embarrassed that we'd gone to wrong door. We did not nake that mustske agsin

Great location and space

Good location - around the corner from the Tagus River, Commerce plaza, and other notable sites. Flat space was good - one great, en suite bedroom. I recommend for parties of 3-5!

A beautiful gem

The flat was absolutely gorgeous. It was extremely well appointed with everything we needed including a little welcome basket, which we didn’t even get to because we were so busy in Lisbon. The location was perfect for us. I have nothing bad to say. Thank you and we hope to come back and stay again.

Nice property with minor issues

Lovely apartment, well stocked in a good neighborhood. We had issues with having a non existant toilet seat and it took several days to fix. There was also construction outside, the foor was gritty the whole stay. Other than those 2 annoyances, we enjoyed our stay.that meant sand was tracked in and

Nice apartment in great location

Wonderful location in elevator apartment building. Our family of 5 spent 2 nights in the summer and enjoyed it very much. The apartment was very clean and had a nice view of the Lisbon Cathedral in the distance. Bedrooms were in the back and quiet. Air conditioning worked well. The furnishings were functional and simple yet tasteful. Elevator wasn’t working when we arrived, but was quickly fixed after a call to the property manager. The apartment is in a great neighborhood with a good selection of restaurants nearby and a 10 min walk to a popular dining district. We are selective in where we stay and would not hesitate returning to this property.

Great location

The apartment is centrally located between Alfama, waterfront and downtown at a pedestrian street with many restaurants. However it is very quiet and specious place. We did not receive the correct code for the building door but we were able to connect with the Manager to get the right code. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this apartment!

Lx Flat Visit

The apartment was very clean and the two bedrooms were great for myself and travel partner. I won the coin toss, so I had the larger bedroom with spacious en suite bath. The 2nd bedroom and guest bath were much smaller. Loved the balcony, which afforded a great view of the Lisbon Cathedral and surrounding area. The close proximity to several cafes was also appreciated.

Great location in Alfama , Lisbon

The apartment is located in a very central portion of Lisbon. Although the pedestrian street that it was located on is quite busy the apartment was very quiet. The apartment has a very large master bedroom and a rather small second bedroom and bath. This place is a wonderful apartment in a renovated building in a great part of town. We would recommend this place in Lisbon. A bonus for foodies , there is an amazing restaurant located just below the apartment.

Perfect location! Excellent Accommodation

Location is fabulous, and easy walking distance to all the sights in downtown Lisbon. Very comfortable flat, lots of room. We were able to drop our bags before checkin time so we could go on our tour. Easy to get in building and unit. Felt safe. The AC was brilliant. Quiet. Highly recommend.

Perfect location

This apartment is in perfect location for a 5 day visit of Lisbon. Restaurants are everywhere on the street in front, metro/bus station is 5 minutes away, and Rua Augusta is 3 blocks away. Host is very responsive, rooms are very clean, and the mattress/bedding is exceptional. I’d rent this again if we’re back in Lisbon. PS: The apt is on a pedestrian only street, so if you take Uber, you’ll be dropped off a few minutes away.

Excellent location in Lisboa

Very comfortable and close to everything. Easy walk to train stations Rossio and Cais do Sodré towards Sintra or Cascais.

Lovely stay in Alfama

We spent 3 nights in Alfama and had a wonderful stay. The location of the apartment was excellent and had most everything we needed. The only down side was that the neighbors above us were rather loud early in the mornings and it was hard to sleep.

Stunning views

This flat is in the perfect location - it's on a pedestrian street with quaint restaurants, an absolutely unbeatable view with a balcony, and less than a 5 minute walk to the metro. The flat was spacious and exceeded our expectations. When we arrived, there was some confusion about the door code and the exact flat we needed to got to, but Patricia immediately remedied everything. She also gave us a great recommendation for a service to store luggage since we arrived in Lisbon well before our check in time. Hope to return to this flat many more times in the future!

Pleasant stay in a very comfortable apartment

The property manager is very responsive which is a relief when traveling abroad. We did have difficulty with the code to retrieve the key, however the property manager quickly responded. The apartment is exactly as advertised and in a perfect location. I would strongly suggest this rental!

First Class Accommodation for 2 couples

Lovely apartment for four very discerning travelers. Very well situated for exploring Chiado, Alfama and easy access to trains, buses and trams. The street has many restaurants, but is very touristy especially when there are cruise ships in port. (Of course it's hard to find anywhere in Lisbon that isn't overrun by tourists !)

Lisbon location lovely

The apartment was in a wonderful location. Comfortable. Second bed i room is small but definitely adequate. communication was fine. A wee bit confusing with entry numbers. Host responded quickly to questions. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Lisboa Location!

This apartment was a perfect location from which to launch our visit to Portugal. Located on a pedestrian only street with wonderful dining options, this provides easy access to the waterfront, Alfama district and city center. Patricia was incredibly responsive in getting us in and helping us with dining options. Overall a great spot!
