Experience the charm of Prague from this stylish and spacious three-bedroom apartment in the heart of Old Town. Just 600 meters from Old Town Square, this contemporary home offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it an ideal choice for your stay in the city. With its modern design, ample natural light, and well-thought-out layout, you’ll feel at home the moment you step inside.
The apartment features three bedrooms with king-size beds, two facing a quiet inner yard and one overlooking the street. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub—while an additional guest toilet is located in the utility room, which also includes a washing machine with a drying function. The open-concept living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and a dining space with a table for six, perfect for gathering after a day of exploring Prague.
Located in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods of Prague, the apartment is surrounded by an array of restaurants, bars, and cafés, some conveniently situated in the building itself. Enjoy a traditional Czech beer at the famous Lokál, savor fine wines at Bokovka, or indulge in a Michelin-starred dinner at La Degustation or Field. A five-minute walk takes you to the city’s largest downtown shopping mall, while excellent public transport connections—including a tram and bus stop just a minute away and the nearest metro station within five minutes—make it easy to explore the rest of the city.

We would like to inform you in advance that, under Czech law, vacation rental apartments are treated as regular hotel accommodations. As such, we are legally required to collect certain personal information from you, including your passport or ID card number and permanent residence address (so-called guestbook registration).
A few days prior to your arrival, you will receive a secure link to complete this registration. The link leads to a third-party site that is approved and recognized by the booking platform you used. Completing the form is mandatory in order to receive your check-in instructions.
Additionally, we are obliged to collect a city fee of 50 CZK per person per night on behalf of the local municipality.
For reservations made on or before April 11, 2025, this fee is not included in the total price and must be paid in full before check-in via the same link as the guestbook registration (online card payment with CVC).
For reservations made after April 11, 2025, the city fee is already included in the total price. However, guestbook registration remains mandatory for all bookings.

Check-in and check-out outside our standard check-in/check-out hours is possible only upon request in advance, depending on the availability, and for additional charge.

The entire listing is strictly non-smoking, including vape devices and e-cigarettes.
