Casa Antonia is a spacious and cosy holiday home that combines the freedom of a villa with the high quality-price ratio of a seafront apartment. Located on the ground floor of a small residential building, just 2 steps from the sandy beach and many services in Puerto Pollensa, Casa Antonia can accommodate up to 5 people in 3 bedrooms surrounded by the most modern amenities for truly relaxing holidays. Thanks to its patio, perfect for outdoor living, and the wide variety of shops within walking distance, a car is not necessary!



The entrance leads to a spacious lounge with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, air conditioning and wi-fi internet. The independent kitchen, completely new and specially built, has a large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a dining table. There are 3 bedrooms in total, all spacious and cosy. They are, respectively, a double room, a room with two single beds and a single room. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, while the 2 remaining bedrooms share a family bathroom with a shower.

Being all on one floor, Casa Antonia is also perfect for families with children and for guests with reduced mobility.



In the exterior, one of Casa Antonia's most unique characteristics is the beautiful private courtyard with pergola. Equipped with a dining table and barbecue, it is the perfect place to enjoy Mallorca's temperate climate throughout the summer while enjoying a delicious outdoor dinner.



The tourist tax is included in the rates. Air conditioning is available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Information to be taken into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it, otherwise a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum! Eine Straße hinter der Promenade, ein wunderschöner Innenhof und da dort nur wenige Autos fahren, ist es sehr ruhig. Man ist in zwei Minuten zu Fuß am Strand und mehreren Restaurants und in 5 Minuten am nächsten Supermarkt.Die Wohnung ist sehr neu, hell und schön eingerichtet. Wir lieben diesen Teil von Mallorca und diese Unterkunft ist perfekt für uns!

Die Unterkunft liegt fast am Strand Porto de Pollenca. Das war für uns perfekt, da wir mit Kleinkind unterwegs waren und sowieso 1-2 Strandtage machen wollten. 2 Liegen und ein Schirm kosten dort 27 Euro für einen Tag. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist für Ausflüge und die Stadt Pollenca oder nach Alcùdia perfekt, ist alles nicht sehr weit weg. Der nächstgelegene Supermarkt (Lidl) ist mit dem Auto 7 Minuten entfernt. Parkplätze sind immer vorhanden, das ist super mit einem Mietwagen. Küche war wirklich toll ausgestattet und wir haben einige Male gekocht. Es muss nur aufgepasst werden, dass keine Lebensmittel offen rumstehen, da die Ameisen sonst fleißig im Anmarsch sind. Der kleine Innenhof war sehr gemütlich. Es gab auch eine Waschmaschine, das hat uns gut gefallen! Wir würden wieder kommen 😊!

Die Lage ist super, kurze Wege überall hin. Besonders die Terrasse unter der schattigen Weinbelaubung haben wir viel genutzt. Uns fehlten tatsächlich ein paar Basis Teile in der Ausstattung. 6 Tassen für 4 Personen sind zu wenig, besonders da man nicht permanent die Spülmaschine anstellen möchte . Teller, Gläser etc. Waren ausreichend da. Wir hätten uns tatsächlich 2 Liegestühle oder Lounge Chairs für die Terrasse gewünscht.

La casa limpia. La cocina está muy bien equipada y moderna. La terraza, es el mejor lugar de la casa para tomar el desayuno y la cena y la ubicación es excelente a pocos metros de la playa y de varios restaurantes. Definitivamente la recomiendo. Lo ideal sería contar con sillas de playa y sombrilla...pero quizás sería mucho pedir?

uitstekende locatie. op 100m van het strand de boulevard met allerlei restaurantjes. Supermarkt ook op 100m afstand. Wij waren hier om te fietsen. Uitstekende uitvalbasis ook voor een wielrenvakantie, met tal van mooie routes in de buurt.

We really enjoyed staying here. We had an issue with the shower screen exploding but the issue was seen to so quickly and the property manager was such a lovely lady. We will definitely be coming back!

Lovely apartment in good location

Very clean (the mid stay clean was also to a very high standard), modern apartment with everything we needed. It was close enough to the centre to be a short walk but was also fairly peaceful. There was a bit of noise from the street at night but it’s never going to be silent in a town and it was fine at the back. It was well equipped for cooking, but there are also some lovely place to eat in the town. I generally used the big Eroski supermarket up by the BP on the roundabout at the edge of town which was a slightly longer walk but had everything you could want. The smaller Eroski city had the same prices but smaller range. There are nearer shops, but you pay more for convenience. We would definitely stay in the apartment again, it was great.
