Villa Giasemi is a part of a complex of three villas located in the village of Kalamitsi just a few kilometers from the beautiful beaches of Almyrida and Georgioupolis. A magnificent retreat that combines the magic of the natural beauty of Crete with the elegant design aspiring to become an unforgettable getaway for guests with a weakness in the beauty of Crete. Indoor facilities
Villa Giasemi I A 130sqm modern villa with a mountain view!
Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open area with a fully equipped kitchen for a cooking experience that will be unforgettable, a dining area, and an airy living room with a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels. A two-bedroom residence set on two floors, the villa combines a relaxing and comfortable stay at the same time with king-sized double beds. A staircase next to the living room leads you to the second floor where you will find two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The essence of luxury and modern design completes the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality elements. In one of the rooms, there is also a printer for guests.

Outdoor facilities
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is a large swimming pool and a lounge area with sunbeds making it the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. At night the villa lights up showing even more beautiful than it already has! With a glass of wine, you can enjoy the evening with your loved ones under the starlight sky.

***From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
