Charming home away from home!

We really enjoyed our stay. This home is located so conveniently to anything and everything in Fayetteville. It was so comfortable and the fully equipped kitchen was much appreciated to be able to prepare meals for our college kids!

This was the perfect house and location for our weekend in Fayetteville! Beautiful and comfortable home just blocks from everything near campus.

Charming house!

This house was just as expected and the photos are accurate. On a cute street not far from campus….not exactly walkable but a short drive or Uber ride! Sandra was fantastic to work with and the added touch of the wine, cheese & crackers made us feel so welcome! We would definitely stay here again!! Don’t hesitate to book!!

Paradise in Wilson Park!

Quick weekend trip up the mountain to visit Crystal Bridges and we were welcomed the instant we walked in. Such a lovely home, I could live on the back screened in porch. The mornings are lovely watching the squirrels play from the rocking chair. Home was just as listed, beds super comfy, and CLEAN!

Perfect for UA visit !

One of the best little houses around. Real television. Fun and warm atmosphere abounds in this charming house. Much better than the overpriced hotel on the square !!!

A Magical 'Must' Stay!

We loved this bungalow so much we are sorry we didn't have it every time for our visits to Fayetteville. It doesn't get more ideal than this...charm, comfort, location, setting and all the amenities you would need. Thank you so much to our host for a picture perfect weekend! We hope to stay again!

great place in Fayettevile

Was here for the weekend to visit my daughter. It was a great location. The property was clean and exactly as listed. It is right by Wilson Park in a cute neighborhood near the university. Sandra was excellent at communicating. It was perfect for the weekend.

Delightful Getaway

Our expectations were exceeded. Perfect location - everything we wanted to visit was easily accessible. Sandra was quick to respond to our question. The house was welcoming, comfortable, quiet, and oh, so clean. The beds were comfortable and very well dressed. Extra pillows, blankets, and throws, were all provided. The towels were thirsty and there was plenty of hot water. Televisions were easy to use and the selection of services was ample. If you are fortunate enough to visit this lovely bungalow, I highly recommend taking a moment to sit out on the screened-in back porch and listen to the chiming church bells in the distance. Just take a deep breath and.....be.

Mother/Daughter Weekend

Highly recommend! Bungalow was charming, with everything you could possibly need. Description was very accurate. I thought the unit was actually more spacious than the pictures. Location was perfect, just a few blocks from Dickson street and campus. Farmer's market on Saturday morning had amazing flowers, produce and other items Sandra was the perfect hostess. Many thanks!!!

Cozy & Inviting Bungalow

Sandra’s bungalow was perfect for our month long stay as we welcomed our first grandchild. Sandra was very gracious and communicated quickly. Everything in the information packet she provided was thorough and easy to understand. The house is nostalgic yet bright and modern. The wifi was top notch and I was able to do everything I needed for work during our stay with no interruptions. The location was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. This property had the best stocked kitchen of all the rentals we have stayed in over the years.

Home Away From Home

I can't say enough about this place, but don't want the secret to get out! ;-) Sandra is an incredible host; extremely welcoming and helpful. The location is absolutley perfect, nestled in a beautiful historic district near a lovely park, and very close to campus as well. I stayed for a month to get my girls settled into their Senior and Freshman years at UARK and it was very hard to leave. I've already booked again for Mom's weekend! The home was clean, spacious, well stocked and had so much character! Obviously a well loved home. The beds were very comfortable as well! Two thumbs up from this avid traveller/nomad!

Wonderful Thanksgiving celebration in Fayetteville

My partner and I spent Thanksgiving week in Fayetteville, traveling in from Austin-Texas, to visit family. The home is an absolute treasure. A beautiful historic bungalow, located near the town square with lots of great shopping, dining, and Wilson Park practically in the back yard, great for casual strolls each day. The house is impeccably furnished with comfortable, yet stylish pieces, and lovely art and books in abundance. The beds and bedding are lush and comfortable as well as being a very quiet neighborhood...we slept like babies each night for the whole week. It was well appointed in every way, from the kitchen, to the dining, living, bedrooms and bath. We brought our own cookware, because, with other rentals we have often found what is available lacking, but not so here. This owner's Fayetteville retreat felt like home and we need not have bothered driving half of our kitchen over 1,000 miles, there and back...I will know next time, no need to bring anything other than expectations of a wonderful, relaxing, and fun filled time with family and friends. We hosted Thanksgiving there for 8 and had plenty of room for dining at the table, as well as lounging in the living room after our meal, before a leisurely walk in the nearby park. Coffee at the breakfast nook each morning was a treat as well. We have very high standards and a FIVE stars rating is completely heartfelt. Looking forward to our next visit, staying again in this gem of a retreat. Sincerely, Jim&Eddie

Charmed Overall

For our first time renting on vrbo, Sandra set a high bar. Check-in was very simple, and the house is beautiful on the outside. This is typical for areas like this, but the streets are very narrow and, depending on how you travel, parking is very difficult. -Kitchen is modernized and has all the things you would need. -nice bathroom. Nothing crazy, except the water pressure. You'll enjoy showering here. -bed was okay. We only used the one by the entrance, and we slept well enough. - the backyard was very comforting. Sometimes, we just sat back there and, one night, even had a raccoon run across the porch. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here a lot. There is a sort of spirit to this place. After a short walk throughout the house, we were charmed by it. You feel the history and the intention of the house. Fun to just look around and to hang out. Thanks for giving us a place to stay for such a special time.
