This lovely 3 bedroom house is located in the heart of Nerja, just a stone's throw away from the shops, bars and restaurants in this wonderful resort. There is one double bedroom, ,two twin bedroom, and two bathrooms.. The house has capacity for 6 guests.



Casa Sandra has a great roof top terrace to enjoy, perfect for the warm evenings as well as the sunny days. The property is finished to a very high standard and has a lovely light and airy feel inside. Guests staying here can enjoy being within very short walking distance of the town centre and beaches.



The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:



Outside: Balcony from the living room, terrace with access from two of the bedrooms, roof top terrace with BBQ and patio furniture.



Inside: Air-conditioned living room(also heats in the cooler months) Internet (Wi-Fi), iron,hair dryer,



In the kitchen the facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.





The three bedrooms have an air conditioning unit to help you sleep more comfortably at night.



The apartment is situated in a safe, family-friendly neighbourhood and is suitable for families and couples alike.



A car is recommended for visitors to the property, however the apartment's convenient location, close to all the amenities in Nerja, means that it's quite possible to enjoy your stay here without a car. We have an arrangement with a friendly local taxi driver who offers a competitively-priced airport transfer if required.



The property is located 100 m from the city, 200 m from the supermarket, 300 m from Burriana Beach sand beach, 24 km from Baviera golf golf course, 69 km from Malaga airport. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighbourhood in the centre of the city.



**All prices include water, linen, towels, electricity and final cleaning. When this property is rented for a minimum of 28 nights during the low season months, the discounted prices shown exclude electricity costs.**

Beautiful Nerja Apartment

Perfect location for us as a family towards the top of the old town. Very quiet location and a spacious apartment which was well equipped. Well furnished and a very comfortable stay.

The accommodation was exactly as described in the listing and very centrally located with easy access to beach, shops and restaurants. We especially liked the spacious roof terrace which was a real sun trap.

Everything you would need was in the house.

The house was very clean and tidy. Lots of space and the roof terrace was great. In easy walking distance of the town with lots of nice restaurants etc. I would recommend this accommodation.

Awesome stay!

It is a giant house for great price with 2 nice terraces, the location is extremely good, it is 6 min from the beach and literaly like 2 minutes to the downtown where are many restaurants etc. Because there is an agency which provides basically nonstop support via whatsapp, whatever problemquestion can be solved 24-7answered very fast! Overall awesome stay!

Fab house in the centre of Nerja

Location is excellent, close to the town centre and easy walking distance to Burriana Beach. The house is very spacious there were 5 of us booked in here and with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, we did not feel cramped at all. The roof terrace is a great place to relax, sunbathe and enjoy both breakfast and late night drinks. Wi-Fi wasn't great up on the roof terrace.

Fabulous location and house

Fabulous location and house. Communication was very professional and helpful. Great places to eat. We found it easy to get free street parking in the vicinity of the property this might be more difficult later on in the summer. All five of us would highly recommend the property for a stay Mary
