This beautiful apartment, recently renovated and decorated with exquisite attention to detail, is located in the exclusive Golden Mile of Marbella, one of the most sought-after destinations in southern Spain. Surrounded by a peaceful and elegant setting, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing stay with quick access to the beach, nightlife, and the city’s main attractions.
Located within a private residential complex with 24-hour security, the accommodation offers all the necessary comforts for a worry-free and comfortable experience. Guests have access to a covered parking space, ideal for those traveling by car.
The apartment stands out for its natural light, practical layout, and welcoming atmosphere. It features a spacious living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), while the second includes a double bed (150 x 200 cm), making it an ideal choice for families, couples, or groups of friends.
One of the highlights of the property is the large private terrace, facing south-southeast. It is equipped with a lounge area, outdoor dining space, and sun loungers, perfect for enjoying the Costa del Sol’s exceptional climate all year round.
The location is another strong point: just minutes away from the best restaurants, beach clubs, and entertainment venues in Marbella. The beach and promenade are only 5 minutes away by car, allowing guests to enjoy both relaxation and leisure throughout their stay.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
