Great location close to two marvelous beaches, downtown Gloucester and Rockport. Clean self-contained cottage with all the necessities. Will be a definite return to spot for us in the future.

The property was as listed. On site parking is always a plus. Very easy to get to and from downtown Gloucester and other areasAnn responded quickly to messages on VRBO. The amenities provided were great. We (husband and I) were in for the Schooner festival and that was an amazing blast. A beach is close by, but walking is a little cautionary, especially if you have small kiddos in tow. Otherwise, a quick drive and there you are.Very much recommend this host and location.

Excellent value! Large room with pull out couch bed and nice medium size kitchen. Comfortable queen bed in the private bedroom. Bring your own pillow if you need down. Key pad is touchy but we always got lucky and was able to do it. Busy street during the day but totally quiet at night. Near beaches. Washer and dryer. Lots of towels and boogie boards. Perfect for a couple or small family for a nice long vacation. Would love to visit again next year with our brother. Thank you to the host that we never saw. Very private- felt like we owned the cottage!

Very clean property in a nice quaint little town, close to downtown and beaches. Ann was very responsive with any questions we had. We stayed for 5 days, would definitely stay again.

Perfect size for a couples getaway! Very clean, tastefully decorated, offering amenities and in a great location to both Gloucester & Rockport, as well as two beaches within walking distance. Looking forward to returning to this hidden little gem.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

My husband and I love Cape Ann, and were fortunate to purchase this property in 2015. There is a 1/2 acre of land, with a larger house set in the rear of the property separated by privacy landscaping, we renovated the Cottage last winter. Hopefully you will love it as much as we do.
