Just arriving in Barcelona and being in the best location, what a pleasure!

The apartment was recently renovated in an urban style and has 3 bedrooms, two of them with two single beds each and the third with a Queen size bed. In addition, it has a large sofa bed that makes it an ideal space for groups of up to 8 people. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare tasty meals and breakfasts, the living room with special windows that isolate noise for optimal rest.

Fully equipped, with optimized resources for greater sustainability and with technology applied to well-being, smart temperature controllers for optimal air conditioning throughout the stay, electronic lock for easy access, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, towels, bed, shampoo, shower gel, air conditioning and heating, washing machine, iron, and a wide variety of cooking utensils.

*Autonomous check-in with electronic lock, mobile access.

*The apartment is conditioned for remote workers with a desk, spot lighting and high speed Wifi.

*If you come as a family and with children, let me know in advance so that I can prepare the apartment for you with the necessary equipment so that you do not have to worry about anything. (cot, high chair, etc).

Good location, great value

We stayed at this apartment for 2 nights. Great places to eat and shop within walking distance. Everything was clean. We had some noise from the streets and alcove at night but this is city life.

We loved this place and coordinating with Alejandro was incredibly easy! The apartment is very centrally located to a lot of nearby sights, and to public transport for further out areas. We enjoyed being able to head out each day and walk most everywhere. The apartment itself has a good amount of space, and we enjoyed hanging out here during siesta times. Another bonus is the washer in unit, so we could do laundry during the trip, cutting down on how much we needed to bring. The WiFi was also reliable and worked great for us. My fiancé also appreciated there being a hairdryer to use - little details that go far when on an international trip. Overall, would highly recommend this space! Alejandro was great to work with, and met us on arrival to get us situated. He also had some good recommendations he shared with us, which was a great touch. Thanks for the stay!!

El apartamento se encuentra ubicado en una zona central para conocer Barcelona, cerca a dos estaciones de Metro y a la parada del bus desde el aeropuerto, el barrio es muy tranquilo. Hay varios restaurantes cerca y tiendas de mercado las 24 horas a menos de dos calles. Alejandro es un muy buen anfitrión y estuvo pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesitamos. The house is very clean and you have all the things needed in the kitchen. We will definitely recommend this place. Alejandro, the owner is very kind and which always makes sure we are okay.
