Stunning duplex-style two-bedroom holiday apartment located in one of Malaga’s main shopping streets, in the very heart of the historic district, right next to San Juan church.



With its high ceilings, tasteful decorations, and traditional Andalusian floor-to-ceiling French doors that lead to standing balconies that look over the vibrant street and the XVth-century temple, you could not ask for a better location.



The beautiful holiday rental in Malaga is set up on three different floors. On the first floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances will make your stay comfortable, including a microwave/oven, washing machine and dishwasher. The bright living area features a large dining table, quality furnishings, and crockery.



On the second floor, you will find both bedrooms. The first bedroom features 2 single beds (90x200cm) that can be used as a large double bed. The second bedroom features a double bed (150x190 cms). Both bedrooms have wardrobes, TV's and chairs.



From the master bedroom, you can access the "mirador" through a wooden stairwell with views over the roofs and the Cathedral. An ideal place to read or relax.



There are two separate modern bathrooms in this holiday rental in Malaga.



From the standing balconies, you will enjoy stunning views of San Juan church.



Central air-conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi are available throughout the property.



A parking spot is available for 15€ per day in a building nearby.

Everything was perfect! Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay, groceries and pharmacy steps away from the rental. Check in and out was a breeze. Upon check out we were asked if there was anything they could have done better. It was perfect!

A very well maintained property in the heart of Malaga old town area. We loved our stay here and would use again. Good AC, showers, beds, and kitchen facilities. Close to shops, restaurants and about 10 minutes away from marina area.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very well located - just a short walk from shops, restaurants and sight seeing spots. The apartment had plenty of space, and the mirador was superb. Thanks to Carlos too for all his knowledge and recommending the hotel rooftop drinks - the views, and mojitos were a highlight!

Everything about the apartment was great. Apartment is on the third floor of the recently renovated building (there's a lift). Plenty of room with spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen and bathroom on the first level, stairs up to the second level where the two double bedrooms and second bathroom are located. Can't think of anything that needs improving.

Great location

Apartment has great location. Has been recently fully remodeled. All furniture and appliances were practically new as of October 2023. It was surprising quiet even on weekend night. The apartment is 2 level, with bedrooms being upstairs. The stairs upstairs are quite narrow and steep. One watch out is that apartment location is at such an inner city place where taxis or Uber cannot get to. So there is short walk from where taxi drops off or picks up. Nothing really too much to improve. Apartment was great. Maybe leave a roll of paper towels. That would be nice I guess.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Very clean, modern, comfortable apartment in a nice small complex with lift. Everything you need in the apartment and all the sights of Malaga are very close by. We booked through Solaga and they were very helpful and let us leave our suitcases in their office until our flight home. The street is relatively quiet for its central location with no restaurants. We did find the front bedroom a bit noisy but once the windows are shut it was quiet. We would definitely stay again and would recommend. We were asked this question when we left by the person in the office, apart from a light bulb not working there was nothing!
