This was the perfect place for our stay in Charlevoix.
Pros- close to the best beach (MsSauba), close to town, but still far enough away to feel in the woods. Bright, airy, and open. Immaculately clean. Soft, good towels. Excellent washer/dryer. Wrap around outside porch with lots of cute tables and chairs, a grill, and fire pit! Honestly, we loved it so much we wanted to buy it!
Cons- a little hot at night, and the beds are pretty outdated. We luckily were not using all 3 rooms, so moved beds, but one of the beds is a very old spring bed, sunk in the middle, and nearly unsleepable. Was disappointing because everything else about the house is absolutely incredible. Only other small con was that the kitchen wasn't very well stocked - had to buy all of our oil and spices, etc. Not a huge deal, but a little inconvenient for a weekend stay if you want to cook a bit.
Overall, would stay there again in a heartbeat, but not with people in all three rooms.
