Top Floor - Beautiful and charming remolded condo within walking distance of everything Gatlinburg has to offer. New Floors, new wood ceilings and all new furniture. Wonderful mountain views from the balcony and the condo is top floor of building and in a corner unit with great view of the pool down below. NEW Mattress and Box Springs on the king size bed in the bedroom and new real leather sofa in living room. New sofa is not a sleeper, but we have a new Queen air mattress and all the linens for the queen mattress are in the storage ottoman in front of the sofa.

We loved the location, the room was clean and up to date. The kitchen could use an oven but made due with the toaster oven. Only real complaint is we wished the shower had more pressure, but that's almost every room you rent. The value was worth the cost.

Great location. Downtown Gatlinburg is within walking distance from this condo. Clean, comfortable and cozy. Indoor heated pool was a plus. Pool was very clean enjoyable. Great communication with host. We will stay here again without hesitation!

Yes, the condo was awesome. We couldn't figure out how to pull out the sofa bed, but the King sized bed was big enough for us to share. Thank you so much. It was cold, but there is not much the owner could do about that. :) It was 30 degrees at times. Perfect location to the strip!

EXCELLENT Location!! We were looking for somewhere within walking distance of the Gatlinburg Strip. Very nice unit, clean, comfortable and everything we were looking for during our stay. We will definitely stay again. The Parking is added plus! Covered Parking available.
