Great Location

We loved the location and how easy it was to get to food within walking distance. The beach and pool area was so nice and we loved the chair service provided!

The property was fantastic! Loved that the beach chairs and towels were included. The staff at Kimberly Lang were wonderful and very accommodating. 10 out of 10!

Amazing Get Away

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Condo was clean, cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. Check in process was quick and effortless. All communication with the host was answered promptly! Couldn't have had a better family vacation.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats 408. Everything was as pictured and advertised. The only thing I would recommend would be to not have carpet in the bedrooms. We would DEFINITELY stay here again! Thank you!

Well appointed, great amenities, very clean

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats Unit 408. Very comfortable set up with a king-sized bed for us and two additional beds for our children. Easy beach access and a nice pool area. Everything was clean and up to date. Internet and cable tv worked perfectly. Would stay again!

The Home itself was great. The pool area and lighting in and around pool was not working. The pool area itself needed better upkeep.

Clean and Comfy

This was a last minute trip we decided to take the week of to end our summer break. I was a little nervous to book here since we had never stayed in Ft. Walton before and there weren’t many last minute condos available. Upon arrival, we found the unit to be very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the decor looked nice. We loved the location. It was convenient to everything. We enjoyed having the beach set up included with our room. We would definitely book with them again.

Thanksgiving stay

This property was exactly what we needed and in a great location. We were visiting our son who is stationed at Hurlburt field, and was a short drive for him the evenings he did not stay with us.

Comfy & Convenient

Unit is very nicely appointed with comfy furniture & tons of linens for your use. The pool on site is pristine and has easy beach access which includes chairs/umbrellas for your convenience. Everything was clean when we arrived & all items in working order. I would stay here again. The only reason I rated location a 4 instead of a 5 is because while there is a partial view of the ocean from the balcony, there is also a partial view of the roof of the Hampton Inn next door. It's not a deal-breaker, but if you're looking for unobstructed ocean views or exactly beachfront, this unit is missing a little something.
