Use the private beach access, take a swim in the gulf front swimming pool, soak in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs, stay fit while away from home at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area, or play a game of shuffleboard. Take a walk across the street to enjoy local restaurants such as Stewby’s, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions close by at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. Great location!

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was a great size with a great view! We loved the ease of accessing the pool and the beach! It was close to great food and we could see the fireworks from our balcony!

Sea oats was great

Perfect getaway for a birthday girls trip

We loved being so close to so many things. The beach was steps away, great restaurants were within walking distance, and the view was beautiful! Loved every minute!

We had great family vacation Place was comfortable and close walk to restaurants on the beach, Kitchen was fully equipped. Wish that there was starter coffee in the place for at least a few cups to keep us going right after check in and before shoppings Beach View was amazing and we seen fireworks from balcony Overall- recommended

An Enjoyable stay at Sea Oats

An ocean front resort with beautiful views. We had a great unit, which was nicely furnished and adequately equipped. Umbrella and beach chairs were certainly an added bonus.(Pool bathrooms need repair!) Management group very responsive to any questions that we had. Check-in and check-out processes were quick and simple.

Great value for the location!

KL properties are more than accommodating. Everything you need, within reason, is available at her condos. Her staff is very easy to get a hold of and very efficient. We have stayed in one of her properties at Sea Oats multiple times, and will continue to book with KL!

Winter Stay month of March

We had a great visit, the weather wasn't the best, but the accommodations were. We came from a cold weather state so even though the weather was cool, it was much better than home. The great thing about this place is they have those little extras to offer that you don't have to pack, extra garbage bags, soap, and brillos. The location is super and we couldn't ask for a better place to relax.

Sisters trip

The condo was clean, beds were comfortable. The furniture (couch, chair) were uncomfortable. The sofa was too short width wise to be comfortable. The chairs’ springs were shot. The balcony furniture was difficult for older individuals to get up onto. Next time i need to look at the furnishings in the other units before i book. I will definitely stay at Sea oats again. The pool was wonderful! Also acess to the beachwas so convenient!

Absolutely perfect

This condo was better than expected! When we arrived it was very clean and updated, plenty of towels and wash cloths along with beach towels. Communication with the manager of the property was quick and easy also! We have zero complaints!

Great condo

Great and convenient condo. Easy to book, open communication/ response time. Condo was cleaned and stocked with necessities. I could tell the floor was sweeped but needed to be mopped as walking barefoot in the condo immediately gave us all dirty feet.

The condo we had booked had an issue and they had to find us another unit to stay in. We were put in a different condominium and had the best stay. Danielle and the team made sure we were taken care of so well. We will definitely use this company again.

Both bathroom sinks need unclogged. Master Bathroom was especially bad. Light in hallway and over stove were both not working. Other than that everything was just fine.
