An amazing little condo on the lake. Perfect for my wife and I. Great views, comfortable and cozy, it was also nice and quiet.

We had a fabulous time in this Timberlake condo. The location is ideal for lake activities and short walks to town or nearby Ponderosa State Park. The condo is well supplied with everything you need for a relaxing stay on the lake. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and Bob and Cheri are welcoming hosts. We will stay here again.

Lovely stay as always! Timberlake has always been a favorite of ours and this condo ranks as one of the best! It is open and airy with large trees to shade it from the evening sun. The views are spectacular! We love the work that has been put in to update this condo and the comfy king size murphy bed is a a huge bonus! Lucky us... we got to witness a pretty spectacular sunset!

Lovely Condo on the Lake

Immaculate and comfortable condo and property - nearby but far enough away from the activity of the town. Very quiet, beautiful view of Payette Lake. Murphy bed is very comfortable but may be a consideration for some. We would not hesitate to book again!

Enjoyed our stay...

The room was comfortable. Loved the deck and view. We found the living area quite dark, however, both because of the decor and lack of adequate lighting, which made it difficult to read or play games. It was very clean and the manager was kind and helpful.

Lakefront condo

The listing stoats the unit is a 1 bedroom however it is a studio. The king size bed is very comfortable. The only negative is that the sofa is a hide a bed and is uncomfortable. The seat cushions continually slide to the front of the sofa. Replace the sofa with something comfortable.

McCall homecoming vacation

Cute studio apartment, very clean and well stocked. It has a wonderful lake view, and the beach area was perfect for soaking up some early fall sun. Close to downtown McCall and the state park. We'll be back someday.

Fabulous Get Away

Fabulous property that is private with easy access to downtown. Great property with a fabulous beach. The unit had everything we needed to relax, cook, and stage our outdoor excursions.

We had a very enjoyable time at this lovely place on the water. Close to anything you want to do. Very clean, quiet and relaxing . We enjoyed our time and are already planning to return.

Excellent studio at edge of lake

Property is small and lovely at edge of Lake Payette with view. Close to ponderosa park—you walk in, no fee. 1.5 miles from McCall center. I was there in early June so it was quiet. I imagine it could be a noisy place in summer.

Gorgeous lake view and close to town, Ponderosa State Park, and the McCall Golf Course. Intimate setting on pristine Payette Lake with over 200' of beach access. Also, we just installed a beautiful custom king size wall bed!
