Loved the location a lot. Just wish someone would do a regular deep cleaning and maintenance of VRBO units, it would make the whole experience better for owners and renters.

25th Anniversary Celebration

This was an awesome property. It was amazing to be able to walk out of our place to the lake and private beach. Close to everything but felt like you were in your own little paradise. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. We had a great time!

Retreat

I needed a place to go to do some personal and business growth research. Having the lake to look at from the dining table as I researched was so nice. I also took time to sit by the lake edge (its still a bit frozen). This was a perfect place for my purpose.

My sister, Mom and I stayed the weekend. The place is right on the Lake. Very beautiful area! The location was wonderful. Perfect, for a getaway, but close enough to town to shop, and explore downtown McCall. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. We were very cozy.

McCall at your fingertips!

Great place! A little mix up at the beginning, but they made it right in a timely fashion. My husband is very tall so he slept on the couch. They provide everything you need while you stay. We loved our little winter getaway to McCall and the beautiful view with a fireplace.

The property was exactly as described on line, directions were easy to follow to get there and access to the condo was a breeze! I am looking forward to staying there again and would totally recommend to anyone looking for a couples getaway!

Love Timerlake condos for the private beach front and nice people. Only came with a few rolls of toilet paper, so if you have 4 people and are staying longer than 3 days, you will need to go buy some from Albertsons. No AC, but that’s okay since the condo is partly shaded and it cools down nicely at night.

Beautiful view & quiet complex

The view was beautiful with full access to the lake, pool and lawn. Very short drive to McCall city center and short walk to Ponderosa State Park. Unit is one room with a Murphy bed. Bathroom and entrance are well located. We did not use the Murphy bed, choosing to sleep on the sofas instead.

Incredible location on the water

Absolutely beautiful amazing location. Beach, pool, private boat dock. Unit is a little dated and the murphy bed wasn't the most comfortable. But fairly well appointed for a studio. Was clean and comfortable. Needs some more silverware (had 4 forks). Overall we were very pleased and enjoyed our vacation. Wish it had a hot tub!

Labor Day weekend 23

We came up to the condo For a two night stay to attend a wedding in McCall. The place is really nice, everything about the property is great! Location, quiet, great access to the lake. Our only suggestion would be that maybe going into the fall and winter months when swimming and boating aren’t necessarily the top activities, and or weather is inclement, TV cable or satellite would be appreciated to watch sports or other programming instead of just DVDs.( if it was available , we sure couldn’t figure it out! Lol) All in all great stay, would definitely recommend!

Pure Serenity

Absolutely just what we needed. Perfect couple spot. Loved waking up to the lake view right outside our Window. Would love to visit in the summer when the pool is open. Host was responsive, kind and so generous to share this little haven. We experienced complete quite relaxation. Gave a only 4 stars for cleaniness, because my only criticism was that it could of been a bit cleaner. Small areas of mold on cealing of bathroom, sliding glass doors out to the lake view not clean, grill on patio not clean. Dishwasher was out of service. All easy fixes and would not alter my decision to book again. Linens were fresh and clean. Sincerest of thanks for allowing us to book this great location. Adding it to my favorite list. Host is A+ Overall definitely a 5 star location

Beautiful Beach and Grounds

The big draw of this property is the beach-front location. The lawn/grounds and beach were surprisingly lovely and well-maintained. There were lounge chairs and tables/chairs and shade umbrellas on the beach. The sand was raked and the lawn was so green and neatly trimmed. The pool was also fun for the kids. There seems to be an on site maintenance person who is continually cleaning, sweeping, and trimming! The condo is as described: a simple studio. So if you fit into a studio and don’t mind it not being fancy, this is probably the most affordable beachfront option in McCall! The Murphy bed has a comfortable mattress, but isn’t very long so it might be difficult for tall people and we decided against trying to sleep two adults in it. The sectional worked well for a bed for my husband and my lanky teen son, while my 11 year-old on the chaise lounge. The kitchen is small and has few cabinets so it is workable but not a gourmet kitchen. We prepared several simple meals there and it worked fine. There are only 5-6 dinner and salad plates so we had to wash regularly, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it’s a good deal and I would recommend staying here!

Serene setting with all the essentials

We thoroughly enjoyed our last-minute mid-week (M-Thurs) stay at this small studio. The best thing about it was the serene setting, exactly as pictured in the photos- swimming in the lake, lounging on the dock and playing in the sand on the beach. You get an obstructed sunset view from the balcony and the property managers, who were right next door, were very friendly. The kitchen is modern and contains all the essentials to prepare your own meals (including salt, pepper, herbs and cooking spray). We used the stove quite a bit, as well as the toaster and the electric griddle outside (the "grill" was dirty when we arrived, but was a cinch to clean with some paper towels). The pull down bed was convenient but too short for my 6'3 husband so I got it all to myself. Our 5 year old slept on a part of the sectional that was like a chair with built-in ottoman. The hubbs slept on the long part of the couch. With cold air coming through the screen door, we all slept well. There were enough linens for all 3 of us. There were only 3 pillowcases, 3 standard towels, 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths provided for our party of 3 for the 4 night stay, but there is a coin laundry on the premisis. I wish there were some beach towels provided and a welcome mat to prevent us tracking sand into the studio. The coffeemaker looked sketchy for so we didn't touch it. The only other complaint was that I sent a message via VRBO to Butch right after booking requesting they not use fragrances or dryer sheets on the linens. I understand it was kind of last minute, but rather than say he could not accommodate, he did not reply at all, and the sheets and towels all smelled heavily of dryer sheets. Also, a 4th pillowcase for the 4th pillow would have been nice, even though there were only 3 of us.

Cross country weekend

Fantastic location. Great for little people as the murphy bed is only a short double. Condo is definitely dated; built in the 70's. Gave the bed to my better half, and I nested on the couch. Despite this shortcoming, we enjoyed our stay. Had a blast skiing the cross country trails at Bear Basin.
