Beach houseOcéan is located only 400 meters from the beautiful sandy beach. The distance to the village Le Bois Plage is also 400 meters.

The house is suitable for 5 persons (plus baby) with a delightful, enclosed terrace facing south. Here you can enjoy the sun all day and relax with a glass of wine and the outdoor barbecue.
The house is tastefully and modernly decorated, a bright living room with a fireplace and satellite tv. The sliding doors opens onto the sunny terrace. The new (2020) open-plan kitchen is fully equiped with dishwasher and combi oven/ microwave.
All windows are equipped with solar blinds.
Spacious, renewd (2019) bathroom with rainshower. There are two bedrooms. The masterbedroom with a new double boxspring bed (160 x200) and a bedroom with 3 single beds. (90x 200)
A cot, high chair and baby bath are available for free.
Privat parking. Washing machine available. Free WiFi.

Île de Ré is very popular due to the mild climate and warm and clear seawater. The mild climate is caused by the warm sea current which runs along the island. Even during the preseason the seawater is pleasant to enter. Ile de Ré has the same amount sun hours as the French Riviera.

Ile de Ré is known for its beautiful sandy beaches. The sea is calm. Because of the big difference between high and low tide children can search for sea shelves, oysters, mussels and little fishes.

Cycling on Ile de Ré is a joy, over 100 kilometres of dedicated cycle pads are all over the island. And also for walking you are on the right spot. You can walk for hours over the beaches, through the forests and through the picturesque villages with cobbled lanes whitewashed houses with the green shutters and colorful hollyhocks.

Sun, sea and sand may make the perfect holiday.

Very comfortable house close to town and beach

This was our second stay at the Beach House and we would definitely stay again. The house is clean and well equipped with a large enclosed garden which our dog enjoyed. Communication and check in were smooth and easy. Highly recommend the Beach House!

Lovely stay on Il de Re

Comfortable, well-equipped and clean

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Le Bois sur Plage. The house was very comfortable, well-equipped and clean. We appreciated having a secure garden for parking and for our dog to have outside space. The town with its wonderful markets and shops was an easy walk in one direction and several beaches were easy to access in the other. Communication with Jacqueline and Ophelie was quick and friendly. We would happily recommend this house to friends and family and look forward ourselves to another stay.

Vacances gâchées par des travaux face à la maison.Impossible d,utiliser la terrasse : poussière et bruit.Linge de lit hors d’age .Impossible de lire ,l’ensemble des lampes bien trop faible.Toilettes dans la douche…..Logement non indiqué pour 4 adultes mais pour un couple avec 2 enfants.prix exorbitant pour un tel logement au confort spartiate.Très déçus .Nous attendons des explications de la part du propriétaire qui aurait dû nous informer des travaux ...

Super Lage

Der Aufenthalt war super, nicht zuletzt weil das aus nur einige Gehminuten zum Strand und zum Zentrum gelegen ist. Das Haus war top eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Perfect house for wonderful holiday in Il de Re

We have just had a lovely week here. Communications with the owners were prompt, informative and very helpful. House was clean and very well equipped - everything we needed and more for a lovely week in Il de Re. Would definitely recommend. This is our second time in Il de Re and we loved it just as much this time. So much to do - great beaches, family cycling, restaurants and so many beautiful spots to visit.

Great location, lovely house

We were met by the very friendly housekeeper who was actually able to let us in a little early. Very well equipped for cooking, BBQing and relaxing! We hired bikes in Bois Plage and the house seemed perfectly placed between the beach and Center (with market, bakery, supermarket, bus stop). My only small warning would be that there is a campsite nearby and there seemed to be a disco/entertainment every night - not too loud, but could be heard indoors - and we were woken by nighttime/early morning deliveries. Having said that, it’s a very minor inconvenience for such a great location! I would recommend it to a friend.

Logement très agréable, très confortable, bien équipé, idéalement situé sur l'Ile e Ré, très adapté pour une famille, et gérante très agréable, top, et toujours disponible pour u petit conseil.

Week-end rallongée à l'île de re

Très bonne accueil de l'agence qui gère la réservation. Gîte très propre et de bonne qualité on ne manque de rien . Très bonne emplacement pour les plages et le marché sur lequel on peut y aller a pied pas besoin de véhicule. Le petit moins le camping pas très loin et la route assez bruyant dans la journée mais pas la nuit (très calme)

10 wunderschöne Tage auf der Ile

Wir haben Ende Mai 10 wunderschöne Tage auf der Ile de Ré verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und gemütlich. Wir hatten das Glück, die ersten Benutzer eines tollen, neuen Bades zu sein. Im ummaueren Innenhof kann man ungestört und windgeschützt faulenzen und den Urlaub genießen. Der Strand, Restaurants, Supermarkt und eine tolle Markthalle sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Was will man mehr? Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Séjour ressourçant et agréable accueil d'Isabelle sur la période d'Hallowing ; apéro avec huîtres du producteur sur la terrasse ensoleillé sans vis à vis , ronronnement du chat devant la cheminée ,les bonbons donnés par les commerçants aux enfants dans le village, les ballades à vélo et poney entre mer et sable.

Un plus pour l'emplacement de cette location. Très centrale, la plage et tous les commerces sont accessibles en quelques minutes à pied. Maison bien équipée, très propre et joliment décorée. Le patio est très agréable. La maison était impeccable à notre arrivée. Très bonne accueil!
